Updated Review after being warned of legal action
This is an updated review after I received a letter threatening legal action for voicing my opinion: No answer on office phone or [name removed] mobile. No reply to info@blaghomes.com.au. Only responds after real estate agent gets involved.
Incident 1
11/9/19 - Email sent regarding follow up items to be fixed
9/10/19 - Email sent as there was no response after 1 month
11/10/19 - Emailed Harris Real Estate to assist as there's still no response
21/10/19 - Received email from a Blag Homes staff to make arrangements for fixing
Total 45 days to receive a response, not the actual fix, just a response.

Blag Homes - Best builder you'll find!
Building with Blag Homes was undoubtedly the best decision we made. Our house is beautiful and the attention to detail and the quality of the build was outstanding. Throughout the entire process Joe was meticulous in making sure the quality of the work was perfect and nothing was left unfinished or of substandard quality. It has been 7 months since we have moved in to our new home. I absolutely still love every single bit and corner about it! We shopped around for several months before deciding on which builder to go with and found that Blag Homes was the best there is! We were given plenty of time to think about the entire decision before signing the building contract and we never felt pressured to do anything we did not feel comfortable doing! The attention to detail that our home was built to has exceeded our expectations. All our family and friends always comment on how nice it is and how good of a job Blag Homes have done. Made the best decision to go with Blag Homes
Everyone I know disagreed with our decision to build a house. Their stories about building were horrible. We were so scared, but still went ahead with it & just expected the worst. Great thing we did, best decision ever! It was a delight dealing with Blag Homes. The site supervisor Joe is so professional and so easy to deal with. His attention to detail is so precise. Always keen on delivering everything as promised, more than what we expected and on time. We now have a beautiful house and it felt like home already from day 1. Highly recommended, for a great experience & beautiful quality home. We can now start making precious memories in our wonderful home

Quality & attention to detail!
My partner and I were impressed right from the outset! The builder made us feel as though we were a priority not just a number. We had met with several other builders (considering this was our first time building) and just felt as though we were another 'number' when compared to Platinum Homes SA. Read moreecision. We were given every opportunity to build the home WE wanted. Our ideas were implemented and discussed at length at the planning stage. It was very helpful being guided on how things would look/tie in with the vision we had and the most cost effective way of achieving that. Once the plans were close to finalisation, we were given a 3D image of what our home would look like- this made us more confident with the builder and the choices we were making along the way. We were also given the opportunity to meet with an interior designer which was a plus. The only downfall was waiting to move into our new home, we were renting nearby and we would drive past our new home everyday anticipating the day we would get our key! The builder constantly communicated with us through the experience and was easily contactable which put us at ease. Most importantly, there were no hidden charges. All in all, our first building experience was far less painful and stressful than we had imagined. Our home is everything we dreamed and more, the attention to detail is outstanding and the quality is impeccable. The quality final product definitely sets this builder apart from other builders.
