Second opinion did not detect any termites. Went ahead and baited the internal walls just to be sure and NO termites! And this other genuine company did not charge for baiting as there was no termite, only charged me inspection fee.

incredibly rude and gave me false information – He, the co-partner of the business, said I had termites and quoted a huge sum. Got two more quotes who both assured me I did not have termites, they also quoted a much lower cost with the same baits.

paid $175 for not much – i paid $175 for the bloke to put 1 bait station in the garage and about7 blocks through up in the roof and that was it .could of done a better job myself never again

Made to empty every drawer and cupboard for German Cockroaches, then they didn't do the treatment pr – We used Blake for the first (and last) time, to treat some German cockroaches and to do a general pest treatment. large home and this took us many hours - we worked way into the night, and my husband stayed home for half the next day to help me. We packed it all into boxes, cleaned out every cupboard and drawer - it felt like a move. When the guy turned up, he said - what did you do that for? You didn't need to, we don't need the cupboards empty. The girls (on the switch) don't know what they are talking about. I could have cried. He did his work - which included the general pest treatment & gel on the hinges of the cupboards for the cockroaches and went. I spent the next day and a half unpacking. I was so upset, I rang the company to find out why I was told to do this. They told me that I WAS meant to & he WAS meant to spray in all the cupboards and drawers. I spoke to the manager and asked that I be given a full refund of the treatment, to cover a small portion of the cost in time and missed work hours to us. She totally unsympathetic with our wasted efforts, finally offering just a $65 refund for the german portion of it. I am not happy. The german cockroaches are back in full force, and so are white tail spiders, earwigs & other pests, all within 4 months of the treatment. Customer care? Non-existent. Would I have them back? Never!
