Very poor quality cooktop
Blanco stainless steel gas cooktop (5 burner)was purchased as a part of a home package. Within 12 months the knobs on the cooktop had discoloured. When I called customer service they advised that I should use a stainless steel cleaner (even though the knobs are made out of plastic). At the same time I advised that the cooktop itself seemed to be rusting - again I was advised to use a stainless steel cleaner but every time I clean the rust comes back a darker orange. I have now had the product for exactly 4 years and Blanco (which is now owned b... Read morey a new company) have advised that they will not help me as the product is no longer under warranty. How could a cooktop only be expected to last 2 years? Where are consumers protections under ACL? I will not be purchasing Blanco products again and caution other consumersExcellent cooking
Purchased as part of a cooking pack for a new kitchen to replace my faulty appliances. Impressed with the wok burner cooking speed and happy with the 'griddle' burner. It looks brand new even after cooking with it for a few weeks with 5 burners on! Show detailsWorks a treat and cooks fast!
Purchased as part of a cooking pack for a new kitchen. Impressed with the wok burner cooking speed and happy with the 'griddle' burner. Flame failure works a treat as my kids have turned on the dials and ran off! Stainless steel looks good and looks brand new even 9 months after.Show details
Poor quality from Blanco Cookers
This cooker top was purchased as part of a package through the building company approx 2.5 years ago during the build of our new home. The product has since developed surface rust/pitting on both the cooker top and matching Blanco cooker hood. The markings on the gas dial knobs have just about totally disappeared. The matching Blanco electric ovens' rubber seal as dislodged from the oven door. The bulb within the oven has blown and needed replacing. Both bulbs in the cooker hood have blown and needed replacing.I would strongly discourage anyone purchasing these appliances. Not impressed!
Pleasant looking.

you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office anytime between 9am - 5pm. 07 5596 6588The auto-ignition on my Blanco cooktop has stopped working on all burners. The cooktop is out of warranty and the repairman I got wouldn't attempt to repair or replace the ignition. This fault seems to be a common occurrence with this appliance.
