certain person for access to the building (the doors were locked).
I called the mobile number, and spoke to a man who said he was now an ex-employee and the company is broke and no longer operating.
He gave me the name of the accountants in Melbourne (Romanis Cant) who are handling the receivership of Blitz Telecom. This is absolutely appalling. They could have at least put some of these details up on their internet, since they are still paying for it to be up and running. Puke – they should be paying me for compensation for multiple breakdowns - glad they are out of business everyone who was with them should have been compensated puke is a better experience than them everyone who was with them should be getting compensation payouts

when the person on the other end couldn't help and so would pass me around and put me to wait in another queue. I was also so very pleased when i never received responses to my questions, or recieved automated response emails claiming that the matter had been assigned to someone and would be actioned - but guess what, nothing would ever happen!!! And most of all I am ecstatic about the fact that for 6 months now I have been charged for services which i requested to be cancelled!!! I have continued to make contact with no response, and now i find that they have been taken over by Supernerd as blitz is broke...what a surprise. Dont think ill be seeing the money they owe me, but at least maybe they'll stop taking it now!

Terrible – They owe me a refund and have so for three weeks. They kept taking payments out of credit card after I had cancelled. Absolutely NOTHING. Absolutely EVERYTHING.
Terrible – Blitz are totally hopeless. I only had dailup as it was all i really needed but you had to prepay for that and when they disappeared last week I still had at least another 2 weeks of time left on my account now I can't even contact them they just hang up or the line is busy. their customer service has been non exsitant. there is a problem with company is by these forums after i have to buy a prepaid internet connection. Total disgrace the directors have a lot to answer for! Nothing to like No customer Service at all
Terrible – will be reporting them to the comms onbudsman and leaving ASAP. consisdering that each month almost half the time is unmetered, i can't seem to use more than about 20gb, which i was easily using every other month with internode. churn was fast (probably just to get more money) tech support is non existent, have spent over 3 hours on hold and… Read more
never spoke to anyone, have sent them emails and never heard anything back, half of their website doesnt work (for members) keeps having database ODBC errors, they throttle connections to numerous internet applications.
Terrible – Avoid Blitz like the plague. I am not kidding. For the last 2 days their entire ADSL network has been down for the whole country. Call their number and you get told via recording that the ADSL is down nation wide, they have no further information and the call volume is so high they are not answering any calls. not getting and I cant even speak to anyone about it nor can i get any idea when it will be fixed, If indeed it will be fixed at all.
A company I would guess is run from someones backyard, only a lot less professional than a backyard company should be. There is nothing to like Complete and utter lack of service. Not able to contact anyone from this company at all.
