Best NBN ISP
If you were ever to choose an NBN provider, choose Launtel. I have used over 20 providers in the last 2 years and Launtel is the only provider I have had no problems with.
On their 100/40 plan, I achieved a 97/39 speeds, the highest I have ever seen. They are transparent and provide CVC usage graphs, live chat and provide an entire /48 subnet of IPv6, and the only provider I have seen that bills daily (So you could even leave the next day if you wanted to!).
Great customer experience
Strong speeds, customer support and overall experience from these guys. Free trial period was also great to have and the daily charge / no lock-in is unique. Good for tenants who need flexibility. Refreshing to see in telco land. Keep it up!

Great Speeds, excellent customer service. Very happy so far. joined appx. 2 weeks ago.
Was not initially getting the speeds, turned out it was the wire that was connecting to my modem that was limiting the speeds, excellent follow up from the Launtel team.

connection has been great - my home being serviced via RedTrain it was hard to find a good quality service review online
when i signed up i had issues setting up my router due to the 'uniqueness' of redtrain - Launtel provided with exceptional customer service, providing with all the assistance and patience to get me up and running
i had a minor bump whilst using the service but the Launtel team quickly addressed the issue
the internet quality has been great and the customer service quality has been exceptional.
there is no sign up fee nor are there any lock in contracts! highly recommend!

1) Currently on my 7 day trial on 100/40 and receiving approx. 111/37 consistently. No dropouts whatsoever as of yet.
2)The setup has been amazing (only took less than an hour).
3) The service has been absolutely fantastic! Liam, Drew & James have followed up all my issues through email without the traditional pesky internet provider spam (am still receiving constant emails & calls from other providers despite me telling them no).
Glen, Zack & Gemma, especially Zack & Gemma, have been rockstars in helping me out through t...he phone despite me calling at irregular hours (after 6PM and even weekends). Best ISP in Australia
I had a really pleasant experience with Launtel from the get-go. Their support team is fantastic (extra shout out to James Disney), speeds are fantastic (sometimes I get higher than what I pay for) and the flexibility of paying daily instead of monthly is an extra bonus.

Genuinely Great Customer Service and Innovative Product
The process of transferring my NBN service to Launtel from my last provider was incredibly easy thanks to Gemma and her great customer service.
The ability to change speed options is the future of ISPs and an innovation that other ISPs couldn't offer. I've had uninterrupted fast speeds since switching - even during peak times - and paid into my account before the free trial period was over because I was more than happy to sign on permanently.
I wish I changed over sooner
Speed is great & no longer having to constantly reboot both my modem & computer. Aaron was a delight to deal with he helped me connect to the Launtel network and was so patient and helpful. My only regret is that I didn’t switch sooner.

What speeds can I expect with Launtel?
Depends on what you are after. We tend to be within 95% of the stated speed and in many cases due to over provisioning actually a little higher e.g. On my 250Mbps connection I see 270.
We have speed ranging from 25/5 all the way up to 1000/50 but this is all limited by your connection type and router hardware.
If you pop your address into: residential.launtel.net.au/residential the site will tell you what speed you can get.
If for any reason you pick and speed and don't achieve it, get in touch, our staff our super helpful and will work it out for you.
We also do 7 days for free no obligations (Not that there are any anyway, we don't do contracts) so you can actually try before you buy.
Will I be able to change my Selected plan in case I want better speed?
yes you sure can, in the DIY Portal that you get access to after sign up, you can change your speed at any time and usually it only takes 20 minutes. This means you can go up or down a speed whenever you like and only pay for the days that you use the higher speed.
Some people even use this to have 1000/50 (Gigabit) on the weekend and 50/20 other days.
