Terrible Customer Service – Don’t even bother to get incontact with these ppl. No phone number on site, ok so email for a very simple question to call me for a quick question Obviously speaking to potential customers is something they DO NOT WANT TO DO. they denied me due to the glasses apparently being purchased during a ”major sale period“ which seems like a great scam indeed. I was bombarded with marketing emails for days but when I asked for a refund they went silent. This company uses shady studies which claim their glasses protect against breast cancer and sign each letter with “love and light” when they are anything but love nor light. Fake plastic people! Buyer beware!

Thieves! Dishonest company. Products too expensive for what they are – THIEVES! You can't get your money back from them. If you don't have a physical store where you can try products and you sell glasses you can't make it impossible to return them. We all are different: shapes, sizes and likes. ZERO LUCK. BluBlox refuses to give me a refund because I purchased them whilst they were on sale. I get it's in your terms and conditions, but who checks it when buying something online. IF YOU ARE SO STRICT WITH YOUR RETURN POLICY AND YOU ARE AN HONEST company, you would have stated that in the product description upfront. PLUS the glasses are way too overpriced and uncomfortable.

BUYER BEWARE! – I purchased the following 3 items 2 x EMF Harmonising Sticker 1 x Anti-Radiation Baseball Cap When I received the items the cap was in a clear plastic bag, NO tag on actual cap stating fabrics or where it was made , no brand name …NOTHING just the cap . …Nothing special at all… I I was not impressed and especially because it didn’t even have a tag saying what it does ! They were not making any claims… I want some kind of claim or proof but nothing …nor on there youtube videos did they use an EMF METER to show how it reduces the EMF radiation . .Didn’t sit well with me as these kinds of products I am putting total trust in the seller that these products actually work however no claims on how they help or proof. The Harmonizing stickers that I received both had a split on the actual packaging before even opening… I used one …stuck it on my phone and put it to use …in the next 48 hours my ear ringing actually increased …That was alarming …so I did a bit of research and then found to my surprise that some of these cheap devices can actually cause more EMF radiation … I now decided I am going to return the products… the unused harmonizing sticker and the baseball hat for a refund … I was informed by the BLUBLOX that there is a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping , the woman told me that because the packet was split they will not except that as a refund and I told her that’s how I received it …of course she didn’t believe me I thought what is the point this is not worth my while and just treat this as a hard lesson . BUYER BEWARE ! I will only stick to big companies that have done the research and have the backing of the claims they are making . I therefore do not recommend these products at all with the information I now know.

work but after an hour of wearing my eyes felt strained and to be honest I think the blue light filters I have on my phone and computer are good enough. I left reviews on their web page and it appears they have deleted them, I then contacted them via email and Facebook asking where my reviews were, they have just ignored me. Really unimpressed, would not recommend this company to anyone.

did not think to check. An honest company would have stated that in the product description upfront. I was forced to settle for an exchange that was a bit better than these frames but in my opinion very over priced and still not a good fit. I will never buy anything from them again. I wrote a negative review on the BluBlox website but it did not get published. They only show five star reviews. This company is not to be trusted.

Unethical Company! – As mentioned in my previous review I bought 2 pairs of blu blox glasses. in transition". Basically it's not wearable therefore I couldn't really use the product! And of course they can't resell it! They should check every glasses before they ship it off because I don't believe this was damaged in transition especially if it was in a box and the side handles of the glasses were bent. It just happened to be poorly made. I came across this brand because I bought them from my friend who WAS an ambassador and I told my friend this and she was kind enough to pay for my glasses! She has a great following on social media and she decided not to promote this company. She asked one of the co founders who signed her up as an ambassador to pay her the outstanding commission and that co founder never replied. So she approached customer service and they said you didn't hit the threshold for the month therefore you can't receive your commission. She was disheartened and kept fighting for her commission and customer service stopped replying to her emails so she approached the other co founder and basically said the same thing and would call on the lawyers if she shared her negative experiences about the company. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are other competitors on the market who provide way better service, quality and price points. Do your research before you buy. Unfortunately, this multi-million dollar company is dollar driven and forgotten that people (ambassadors and customers) have built their business. It's a real shame that this is an Australian business and truth need to be told.

didn't work, they told me to take them to an optometrist (!!) It ended in the optometrist scratching it with a tool since it was more than 'bending back into place'. Terrible customer service the whole time.

These are expensive and NOT worth it. Try elsewhere!

Terrible customer service – I found the items to be cheaply made and the worst refund process in which i'm still owned money but the seller will no longer reply to emails and i'm not out of pocket.
