Purchased a Sapphire ebike - motor failed after 1 year and 1 month. I emailed the company a few times requesting help to get it repaired, zero response from anyone. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Ebike motors should last longer than one year. Huge waste of money.
Scam site – Scam site. Warranty and product descriptions mean nothing. Customer service is non existent. E-scooters will break very quickly (within a month). Spend your money somewhere else.
Easy to deal with – We had a positive dealing with these guys - email communication on a Sunday - they advised us of possible Christmas delays and when we asked if we could cancel the order because we might not get the e scooters before Christmas there was no drama and money refunded within 2 business days.
Scammers – I just got scammed too I didn't do the research $2k hard to take this lost at this time. Why does the aust government allow websites to stay up.
WARNING, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! – I bought an electric bike from Blueride and received a different product from the one advertised. They sell you one thing and deliver another. They don't have a phone number and email communication is useless as they take weeks to reply, and they don't make any effort to resolve the problem. I have spent $1.5k and got scammed. Don't trust in this company.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!! – FRAUDULENT PAGE! I bought an electric bike from Blueride (Order #BLUE1978) advertised as a powerful 1000W model. What I received was a much weaker 250W bike, with low-quality components that don’t match the advertised product. Despite multiple emails, Blueride has ignored all requests for assistance. Their lack of response has been extremely frustrating, and I feel misled and left without options. If you’re considering Blueride, DO NOT!!!!!!!
Warning. Fraudulent company – My Son purchased ebike. Came with dead battery. Was never able to use bike. Local e scooter repair shop comfirmed battery was junk. Weeks of emails. No reply. Have emailed multiple times on all listed emails. Have referred matter to Office of Fair Trade. DONT USE BLUE RIDES. SCAM COMPANY
Faulty Battery – Purchased this bike in June and only worked for about a month. The company Blue Rides wouldn’t answer our email so we took to a shop here on GC and after 1 month later they told us it couldn’t be fixed and we needed a new battery which cost half of what the bikes worth. Please don’t buy this bike it was $1500 in the rubbish bin.
Worst company EVER – Folding mechanism on E Scooter broke after a few rides. Company does not return emails or provide a resolution to the problem. Fair trading contacted but still no resolution. No phone number. No reply emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
SLACK SERVICE DONT REPLY TO EMAILS – I have never had so much trouble in contacting these people they dont reply they get your order wrong and wont fix it Do not deal with these people very slack service
Fraud company, selling faulty products with no warranty cover – Hello friends, this company do not have any abn and company phone number listed on their website or on the invoice. They send faulty products and after that they will not be reached to cover warranty or repair of their products. I bought one scooter last month and even after 15 emails, I did not receive their service or positive response. Don't buy any product from them and save your money.
