Taken my money and not delivered – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! Wish I had read others' reviews before making a purchase. I placed and order on 12 September and a month later they have taken my money but I still haven't received anything. I have emailed several times and tried using their online chat but all communication has gone unanswered. I used to think this was a legit business but they are clearly dodgy.

I have made multiple attempts trying to communicate with them to find out what has happened and why I can’t use or see my credit note on my account. Have not heard anything for two weeks. flat chests. Not to mention that most pieces I’ve received (and at this point I’ve probably purchased over 15 times) are made with low quality fabrics that crease quite easily and have no lining. The pieces are expensive and are 100% not worth their price. The customer service is also shocking - sometimes taking over a week to reply to a simple request. And I’m not even going to go into the fact that the company went bankrupt due to poor financial management and proceeded to scam customers by leaving their online store open and not shipping any orders out or processing returns. Was never offered a refund and was told to contact my bank which told me that it would be impossible to recover funds. So no, I do not recommend this store and I would steer very clear.

Do not shop with - false information provided & not honoured by company – Purchased a top in Dec and returned it for a refund before the receivership. Have been advised that I will not be getting a refund or the item so am left completely out of pocket for nothing. any items to this company - you will not get your stock or refund back. You are better off holding onto your money or your stock you bought. If you return the items you will be an unsecured creditor and it will be a process for you to get your items back. This is a major scam – If I can give it zero star, I would have. This website is a scam! Will just take your money but won’t give you the product and when you try communicate with them they wouldn’t have anyone to respond to your questions as to where is the product you bought from them! To this day, they believe they have done everything right by the ACCC, even when consumer law is very clear about "no returns or exchanges" in retail- flat out illegal especially when the product is not as advertised. Don't even bother with them.
