I truly appreciated the transparency and care both of them showed throughout the process. at one point I felt like it's their car. The customer service was phenomenal, top-tier, no question asked here mate.

You honestly couldn’t pay me to write this review I'm doing it because I genuinely felt impressed. From now on, I’ll only be going to this store. note for Bob Jane should seriously consider having Sam and Henry train others stores on how to treat customers right.

Went into the Blacktown store today to get a tyre replaced, didn't even get a response by anyone from Bob Jane in the store although there was a guy sitting behind a computer in the office adjoining the reception desk. I got what I paid for happy enough – I had specific tyres in mind which I ordered when I booked a time. My Michelin Pilot Sport 4's were fitted in a timely manner. These tyres feel great on road! Just a small critique, I am hard of hearing, and I think clear speech (no mumbling) a smile and positive attitude are key in customer relations, particularly for this sort of business. Show reply

Horrible – I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Bob Jane Blacktown. I booked an appointment well in advance, only to arrive and be told that they could not honor my booking. current management seems to have completely dropped the ball. I will not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere for their tyre needs.
