alingment, close to $800, when I had booked 2 tyres for much less. I walked out, no new tyres and horrible experience with the "thre expert" wa**er. Just booked with My Car, gret service.

week to be told they would arrive on Friday, so I contacted again the next Saturday and again told Friday. So this went on for a further two Saturdays, I gave up and went to a small independent tyre dealer on the Saturday 2nd August and ordered the tyres from them. They were delivered on Monday 4th. So apart from your organisation not being able to supply my tyres there lack of communication is appalling, not once did I receive a call after I ordered the tyres.

I would love to be able to write a terrific message yet the experience was poor. The centre was under staffed with Jake & the staff well behind their promise schedule. I was getting 1 tyre puncture repaired & instructed to return 1.45 hours from drop. It took 3.15 hours to complete. Two others were waiting 4 hours to complete. Also the wheel… Read more

balancing machine was not working. Jake mentioned there is a corporate structure now & it clearly needs to be a re a valuation of kpi s & support needed. A positive to finish was the cost was $45.00 & I thought it was going to be $50.00. I hope this feedback help to change the process.

Fast Fix – My Mazda screeches when I’ve lost tyre pressure, but does not say which tyre. I suggested to the nice lady left front and she said they will check all four. One hour, left front fixed. Very happy. Show reply

Quick, friendly & efficient – I was unlucky to have 2 nails in my tyres over 2 months. On both occasions (without appointment) BJT B’vale had me back on the road in just over an hour. In particular, their receptionist is knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. Show reply

Flat tyre and in a hurry! – Had a flat - NRMA put a temporary plug in the leak after removing a giant screw from the tire. The Brookvale team plugged the leak as I had a coffee in the guest room - courteous staff - back on the road as quick as a flash. Easy, great service! Show details ·  1

Re-tyred – Had 2 punctures last Thursday. NRMA got me there. Both repaired but promptly but one deflated overnight. Returned and had tyre ordered. Arrived Monday and fitted within the hour for me.
