see if we could book in for our free tyre service, they offered later in the afternoon, which didnt work as we had to travel over 200klms back home on the same day. I explained that, and they straight away said they will get us in at 12pm and even thought the time frame for the free service was a month past its use by date, they honored it. that was perfect, all work was performed efficiently, and we had our car back within an hour. this is the service we appreciate when we have limited time in the city. Thankyou Bob Jane Gladstone QLD. you stepped up and gave incredible service. we will be back.

Staff were lovely and service was quick. I’m not sure I needed two new types because of a puncture. But I don’t know enough about tyres to challenge their advice. The waiting area was a bit dated and the toilets desperately need a freshening up. Show details · 1
