On Monday 2/6/25 my husband called Bob Jane Mt Ommaney to arrange 4 new tyres for my Audi A3. They didn’t have the tyres so would need to order them in but they would be in by the morning. has no clue what I was talking about when I said I had a 9am appointment for 4 new tyres. She kept looking at her computer but nope, no clue what I’m talking about. So I said let me check my texts from my husband that I’m at the right place on the right day and yes I was so I called him. Fortunately he wasn’t in a meeting and could take the call and suddenly a light went on in her head and she said I remember you, yes no worries, I hang up and she tells me to go to the lounge waiting area. I sit for 15mins and another service person then asks me to come to the front counter with her where she proceeds to tell me that there’s no record of them being ordered and it’s just disappeared from the system. She said they would order them in and make another appointment for me to come back. Of course no worries, I have absolutely nothing to do with an hour of my time that I wasted driving there, sitting while they sorted their mess out and then driving home only to do it all over again. I went back yesterday at 9am and when I walked in she said “ Take two “. I said to her that basically when my husband got off the phone with the service person to order the tyres in the first instance that person just went off and forgot but she said no it just disappeared from the system. We have enough professional experience to know that things don’t disappear from the system but it is often an excuse that people who are trying to cover fir their mistakes make. Two hours later my car finally had four new tyres at the price first quoted. We didn’t kick up a fuss or get nasty. We just won’t be going back there with our other 5 vehicles when they need new tyres or recommend them to anyone else. Very sloppy and the person who made the mistake needs a new attitude. Do better
My son and I went to Bob Jane today separately without appointments ,to have punctures to our tyres repaired. The girl at the counter provided us with outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our tyres were repaired professionally and expeditiously. I would recommend Bob Jane at Sumner (Mt Ommaney) to all of my family, friends and associates. Not disappointed – A independent tyre fitter recommended to me Bob Jane T-Mart at Mt Ommaney for wheel alignment. They were excellent in arranging the booking and the work was spot on. The cost was reasonable and I got a written analysis. The waiting room & rest room were clean and I was offered coffee as I waited. Well done. Show reply

Good but the workers need to clean up after finishing the job – Good service, but some hand prints were left on the door and on the bonnet. Probably think about cleaning up after the job is completed. Also the subwoofer in my boot had been moved and didn't get put back in its place. Show details
