Had a wheel alignment done and that was an extremely bad experience. Been done twice but still can’t not fix the issue, and that was even was, as showing a different result every time. Having my wheel alignment done here is the worst decision in 2026 so far. Really bad.

I called again to make sure they actually had the correct tyre in stock, and they confirmed it and booked me in for the service. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting two hours before they even took my car in. After all that, they finally came back and told me the tyre they ordered was the wrong tyre.

The entire experience showed a lack of organisation, communication, and care. The staff were dismissive and quite rude. Very disappointing — this place is not what it used to be. I would recommend avoiding this store.

After having our XC90 fitted with new tyres we took our XC60 in. Exceptional service and attention to detail. Can't fault any aspect of our dealings with Bob Jane Doncaster. In the past we had goone to GY not not any more! Well done BJ and thanks Jack and Ramy. Show reply

Fantastic service at BJ Doncaster. Thought the tyre had a bulge, turned out to be a small puncture near the tyre wall, took them a couple of goes to find it, only charged me forty bucks. What a relief! Great work! Show reply

Failed – When i booked my car in for 4 new tyres I'd request the best old tyre replace the spare which was flat. This was agreed to. I repeated the request when dropping it off, again agreed to. On pick up I asked for this request be confirmed. It was confirmed. When I got home I checked. THE SPARE was still the FLAT PUNCTURED TYER. I couldnt beleive after all my request they failed me. I didnt kick up a fuss but i wont be back!

“blocking cars” these cars were parked, no one in them. All I wanted to do was make an appointment. The staff member was not busy at all, it would have taken a couple of minutes to make the appointment, yet he just refused. In the time he was telling me to move my van he could have made the appointment. Not impressed at all. Also I did take the staff members advice to find a parking space. I found one at Goodyear Auto.

Nitrogen in tyres is rubbish – Don’t bother paying extra to have new tyres inflated with nitrogen. They promise to inflate tyres for free anytime by just dropping in, but it took my wife 40 minutes to have it done. So it’s nothing but a complete inconvenience. Show details

Good service – Good service Brought my car in on a Saturday to get 2 tyres and front wheel alignment they told me car be ready in one and half hours they did it an hour. Very impressed. I’m a bit hearing impaired so not always good at hearing on the phone and communicated through email and texting I thought was really good. Very impressed. And thank you guys at Doncaster Bob Jane Tmarts. Best Fabio

Tyre repair – Excellent service, they were able to book my car in on the same day and were able to fix the tyre. Very reasonable.
