I have a tyre puncture and have it repaired at Bob Jane T-Marts Preston VIC. The service was exceptional and beyond my expectations. The repair was quicker than promised, customer service was excellent, the car was cleaned and washed and of course the job well done. Over the weekend one of the car tyres got a nail in it. I rang Bob Jane and they were able to fit me in first thing on Monday morning. Apparently they try to leave some slots free for post weekend emergencies. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The tyre was fixed so quickly and affordably that I was able to take my grand daughters to the zoo as planned that morning. Show details ·  1

Great guys and able to squeeze me in even when super busy – I had a puncture in a tyre. They weren't the closest beautiful everyone else was too busy and I would've had to wait a day (which I was hoping not because of work). They were super busy but able to accomodate me.
