I took the spare for my car to them because the valve stem had split and the loverly manager got it replaced on the spot and did not charge me for the valve stem or for replacing it very good service thanks Show details · 1

Fan-bloody-tastic service today; thank you! Slow-leak tyre turned critical, rearranged my day & went to my fave tyre folk - All sorted within an hour. Very bad – Had a broken valve stem on my spare trailer wheel get told the wheel is 10 years old has a dent in it and can't be fixed.I go back take it down to Jax around the corner 10 minutes later I had a new valve fitted no dent in the tyre for 10 dollars it's called customer service and next time I need new tyres I be down at Jax.
Experience – I got tyres change on my car,the team was helpful and courteous, the time from when I delivered my cat to when I picked it up was reasonable,I’ll be going back in the future. Show details · 1
Brilliant Customer Service – I went to Bob Jane in Kwinana to fix a slow leak in my tyre...I was greater warmly, and my car was taken to the back to check whether I needed it new tyre or it could be repaired...it was so quickly assessed and fixed.. but the think that blew me away was the fantastic customer service from the manager .... she was so lovely and friendly and made my experience a 10/10... thank u so much. Let down – I went into this store looking for a rim to go with a tyre I have, so it can become my spare. I know nothing about cars or tyres. The lady that served me asked me questions I couldn't answer but I pointed to my car and she had a look at the rims I currently have. She told me a price for a rim but said I should go to a wreckers to pick up a cheap one. I really didn't find that helpful at all.
