Bobux Physical Store

Newer ones are short lived – We had several pairs of bobux for my eldest and found them comfortable and soft soled. These pairs lasted for both kids... The most recent purchase for my youngest had the soles worn through in months(they were in rotation with others also, and cared for the same way). I contacted bobux and they said that's normal. A search of the parent groups and communities online reveal this is the new shoes -short lived, and yet no less expensive. Unfortunately we had to look around for a better option that isn't throwing money into landfill every few months. Some second hand pairs still use the longer lasting sole compound, but it's hard to verify without seeing in person.

Poor quality, no customer service – I bought a pair of shoes for my toddler. Within one week the velcro had detached from the shoe. They were expensive so I contacted customer service at Bobux. I was not able to return them to the shop I bought them at as it was in another town. I never received a response from Bobux. Have not looked at their products since.
