got sick of them phoning [Name Removed] would not listen to the point I was making and slammed the phone down like a petulant child. Bo concept- my personal information is mine and you need to show some respect for the agency of your customers. I would not shop with you now. No idea of rights of customers.

Bad value for money – 1. When one of the drawers was not installed properly, rang my show room contact “you probably did something”. Quickly shot that down and got a service call. 2. 3. “ Really want to help you to expedite this. The service guy will come out on Thursday”. That’s the NORMAL service call day in my area ( I know after so many service calls). If I want another day, really have to fight for it (even know you are unhappy already)

4. If you want to use their integrated filing cabinet feature, take one of your files into the show room to check the size. This was to be the 4th filing cabinet I have upgraded to and I have never encountered this problem. At least they let me return the metal holder things and refunded me that part of the cost but also meant spoiled the sleek integrated look as need to keep old filing cabinet.

In summary, the spin from the show room was pathetic but the service guys “[name removed] and [name removed]” were fantastic: well-mannered, funny and above all, knew what they were doing. Two stars go to them for saving the day.
