Definitely nothing to rave about – Definitely nothing to rave about, the pillow is as hard as a brick. Not what I thought memory foam was. Can feel the support but there is no comfort. Had sores appear on my scalp from how hard the pillow is from laying on my back. Will continue to persevere and see if it makes a difference. No noticeable change so far. Show details

worth it – Absolutely worth it. Best pillow I've ever used. I've had various versions of pillows meant to help with neck problems, but this one was the first and only one that works. At some point I have given up trying to find the right pillow, but for some reason I just bought this one and wow....... You won't regret it. used it for one week then return to normal one; it worsened my problem. The promises in the advertisement were not all true. It did not honestly state the pillow might not be effective on some people (that is depending on type of user, whether you are a light or heavy person). Definitely the pillow is not for everyone. Buyers, do some research before deciding to purchase one.

Terrible product and customer service – The pillow has a really strong smell, is hard as a rock and even worse; it was delivered to me with a dirty spot on it - sooooo unhygienic!! It also took over 3 weeks to get to me (they use Fastway by the way) and for 1 week no one bothered to answer my emails about the order status. Not happy. Extremely poor customer service and a poor product.
