I just received my parcel , what I expected was what I saw advertised on Facebook a knitted colourfully cardigan, but what I got was a cheap and nasty material sewn jacket , the colours are not as bright and vibrant as advertised. So disappointed. I want to return the item , there is nothing on the website to allow me to request a refund. Please help.

is this website a scam – This website is a SCAM ! I ordered 4 items and it has been more than a week I do not hear from them regarding shipping though they promised a shipping confirmation within 72 hours. I wrote 3 emails no reply so far and my credit card has been charged. there is no option to cancel my order and help ! no one responds
Buyer beware – Wishing I had read the one review before ordering as it's pretty accurate! I ordered 2 kimonos, after waiting 2 weeks I reached out to check the status but received no response. I finally received one of the kimonos but am still waiting on the other. The one I have received it absolutely a knock off, cheap nasty material. Really wish I hadn't wasted my money. Don't buy from this store. It's an absolute scam.

total bad experience – Thought i was ordering an indian or similar cotton dress. Turned out to be ghastly cheap knockoff, nasty material, nothing like photo. No answer to emails. No response from "Help" centre. No way to return goods. Will be reporting them to the Goods and Services but basically said goobye to my money. Do not deal with this company. Their goods are nothing like photos and no service whatsoever. Dont waste your money!!!!!
