I Dropped into Bolton Motorcycles on my way through to Bendigo. I was first impressed by the presentation of the shop. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly brown Labrador. A quick pat and onto business. I was looking through some riding gear and was immediately asked if I needed assistance. I told them I was in the market for a helmet, boots, goggles, pants and kidney belt. An hour later I walked out with everything I required plus more.The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. The prices were very competitive.Thank you for a great experience.

Damaged wheel – Terrible company bought a brand new bike when I got it home seen some damage on wheel witch had been covered up with a felt tip pen.They tried to deny it but they took photo of me with bike to put on Facebook and you can see damage said they would get it repaired I said no I want a brand new wheel witch I never got they lied to suzuki uk when I complained to them.They are full of excuses they could not manage to put the right number plate on it when I picked it up had to ask several times because he said it was the right one I was right they were wrong dash was still in kph and mirror arms were in different positions what did I pay a pdi for,they have never even apologised to me for any of this this is what 12 grand buys you will never use again

If you lucky you will get your refund – Has to pay some deposit for freight untill it is dispatched and need to wait one month to get the refund. Pathetic.

Exceptional service well above & beyond the norm – 2019 i purchased a KTM DUKE 790 & after about 6 months i had an issue with the digital dash. Alex took control of this fault from day one & after 2 dash replacements & countless hours of diagnosis & a lot of frustration but a VERY helpful Alex & Bruce at Bolton Motorcycles, KTM agreed that a replacement bike was the only way forward.The new bike turned up with a public holiday the next day however these guys here pulled it together to get my new KTM Duke 890R assembled & registered for pick up on the Saturday morning ....absolutely stoked with the Bolton committment service & personal attention they took on board to make this all happen in such a short time ...worth your weight in gold everyone ..WELL DONE & Thanks doesn't seem enough.

Zero customer service – I purchased a Husqvana leaf vacuum which melted in the first hour of use. I took it back to Boltons who had a quick look and told me to leave it with them. I called in the next day only to be told I would have to wait a week while the owner discussed it with Husqvana. I replied this was very poor service. A woman who said she was part owner was rude with zero care factor and was more concerned about her supplier than customer. When she realised I was not accepting her poor service she made a lame attempt to reverse her attitude. I ended up getting a refund but as a customer I felt all they think about is the sale and don’t care with comments like we do t make them.
