Dont even want to give one star. Cheaply made and very disappointed. Went to return but my several emails and requests have been ignored and return portal won’t accept my return even though it meets all criteria such as within 7 days etc. my son bought this for me with his hard earned pocket money and got totally ripped off. Have MANY bags purses from this company and never had a problem .....until i bought a light coloured tpu coated canvas bag. Whichbwas my dream bag hot pink & cream. trashed after 1 week. Left a review stating i loved the bag but disliked the discolouration. Next week review was gone from website.... so disappointed in the fact they deleted my review. Makes me wonder how many other reviews they have deleted just because it was 4 stars not 5 and mentioned a problem with the coating.

Disappointed that the only way to secure an actual refund involves a $10 handling fee that isn’t detailed in the return cost but later on the webpage in refunds… and an exact postage cost is not advised until the item has been delivered.. given that it’s way smaller and the fabric is poor quality - flimsy, not oil-cloth or similar coated style, so be prepared for your cosmetics to leave stains. Definitely not big enough to fit in things like hair products and makeup for a longer than a weekend trip. The free gift they try to lure you with is a refillable perfume spray bottle, while perfume bottles you can pour from stopped being produced in the fifties, so quite useless. Pity.
I need a fair few good duffle or weekender bags and decided to buy there gingham weekender bag amongst a few other things. They are very good quality with heaps of space and compartments and the colours and patterns they come in are so good! Mine is a bright neon pink colour.
