Terrible customer service and won’t honour warranty – The heating element was found to have a crack and required replacing. The part was still under warranty but they refused to replace it because I couldn’t prove I had serviced the central heating every 12 months! This is not mentioned anywhere. I previously had issues with them over the add-on cooling and had to take it to Consumer Affairs. Buyer beware.
