I bought some crinkle swimmers that after two wears have all started having threads come loose, before this happened I ordered pants to go with them on express post which cost extra and have been shipped only a week later! I did not get them in time for my trip. And customer service don’t get back to you. Kmart has better quality

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them. I wore the bikini a total of three times in the ocean and followed the care instructions to a tee, and have noticed the stitching is coming undone on 3 different areas of the bottoms. Their customer service is non-existent - I have emailed them three times over the past month to ask for a refund or replacement and haven't received a response. They market themselves as a sustainable brand, but there's nothing sustainable about creating products that don't last. Also, for the high price point of $95 just for the bottoms, I expected better quality. It was supposed to be an investment for the next couple of years. I am a size 12-14 by the way, so the stitching coming undone is not because I'm overstretching the material.

I have just watched you on 60 mins, j am a retired small business designer of swimwear and women's fashion. You state on your site that the swimwear was hand made in Australia yet on the show you stated it was made in China, it's people like you I want to see fail, disgusting

Another one bites the dust! Can’t recommend – Unfortunately, they only last 3 months max and then they lose shape and expose you and it happens at the most inconvenient time while you are in them swimming. I’ve had several one pieces now (about 6 pairs) over the last two years and I wish I could keep buying them but for the $$$ I just cant and it’s also not sustainable. My friends always ask where they are from and I use to be so proud but now I can’t recommend them. I wish I know what was happening and if it’s happening to any one else, I’m a size 10-12, is it just my body doing it. I swim in the ocean and don’t throw them in the wash. I rinse out with water and hang over a towel. Is there any other tips??

STAY AWAY! – One star only because I can't give none. Do not waste your money. Fabric has stretched and gone see-through in places. Contact customer services, told to go back to shop (six hours from where I live), go to shop, told they can't do anything and go back to Bond-Eye. I am a 6/8 so it's not like I've overstretched them! Terrible product and service for the price that you pay. AGAIN, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
