The staff at Bond have been wonderful. They replaced a security door and added an extra lock quickly and efficiently. They returned to add extra bolts and I can not thank them enough. Thank you for esnuring that I am safe.

Security screen door fitted to old house – Talked to Mitch on the phone and Terry came out to look at the install of a security screen on the front door. Because the house is old the door frame is not square and also required building out the frame for the screen door so it wouldn't collide with the front door handle. would be the made to the correct size. I was a bit concerned the frame would look odd but needn't have worried. Some parts took a while to arrive (supply chain constraints) but the final result is excellent and has no problems after 6 months. He also fitted a security screen to a window. Terry is great to deal with and all work was carried out promptly once they had the required materials.
Quality and old fashioned service – I ordered 2 security doors with Bond, one was complicated and required 2 visits to my home. Mitch and Terry were very accommodating and gave me fantastic advice. Nothing was a bother with Mitch he was great to deal with, excellent communicator and kept me up to date with my order. Terry custom fit my sliding door, not an easy task and a job other companies wouldn’t touch. I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars from me.

Good service – Went to Bond Locksmiths n Blackburn today just because they were the closest. I got three locks keyed alike and a new external knob set. I needed, a couple of screws, and a piece modified all for no charge. He even said to give a call if I still had problems later. Very impressed!
Key Specialsts – Needing 2 hand cut duplicate keys made for older type mortice locks; & having had a problem with keys being cut in shopping centres, I decided to go Bond Locksmiths at Blackburn. After describing what I required to Eddie at the counter, the keys were made in a day, & operated the locks as well as the originals. Excellent service & precision made keys.
