99 to 270 max (we had another quote for 330 fix cost and 40 min arrival) so we decided to go with his faster arrival. Curiosity his number and the company numbers were flaged as scams in my phone. When he got to our place, he said it was the most complex case and he would charged us 150 for after hours plus 270 plus something else which would be almost $500 for a job than took literally less than 1 min to fix. The guy was not at front with the cost even we asked him for what would be the maximum cost to pay, the was dishonest with the time and the hidden cost.

These guys are a rip off, charged me $500 to remove and replace mailbox lock. This is around $30 small lock charged me $279 for the lock. Stay way from them , if you do not want to loose money

late and no phone call because apparently they had written the number down incorrectly even though I repeated it, the guy who came did the job but he was as boring as batshit with no customer service skills and hard to understand and didn't explain things clearly, barely spoke two words unless I spoke to him first, didn't advise what he was doing or when he was doing it, disappeared for ages and I had no idea where he went only to discover he was in the van outside cutting keys, might have been nice if he had told me where he went, I chose this company based on all of the positive feedback but can't say I was happy with the service.

Very efficient. From calling in the morning, they were able to fit us in within a couple of hours. Communication between Jackson was great and very informative. Jackson was very helpful, friendly and polite. Would recommend and use again.

then I'd need to make an appointment to have it cut and programmed. I googled Sydney Car Locksmiths and sent a quote request at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and received the $350 quote 10 minutes later. They were very busy but promised to come to me by the end of the day. Despite it being a cold wet night, Alex kept in touch with me and arrived at 6pm in the pouring rain and cut and programmed my new key. block for my neighbour was $200), the attending locksmith said my lock has a ‘high security lock’ and a more complicated job. I felt pressured to pay the amount as I was desperate to get back in to my apartment , which he quoted halfway through the job. He was onsite for a total of 17 minutes. I asked for a receipt and none was provided via sms as promised. When I followed up with On Call Locksmiths to complain and demand a refund - no response. I have reported to my bank, Master Locksmiths Association (who confirmed I have been scammed) and the ACCC. This company should be closed down as they taking advantage of innocent people in vulnerable situations. Be warned - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
