Ben did an excellent job to fix the door lock. He was fast and efficient.

it repaired. Was told weekend fee + complicated lock fee applies. Service was done yes but the exorbitant pricing is not justified for 5 minutes of work. We were unfortunately in a stressed/panicked state and selected the first google result. These companies take advantage of their customers in distressing situations. They run sponsored google ads so please beware and do not click on those. I also kept asking for a quote before hand and they would not give me a definite answer which would've been very easy to provide over the phone given how little skill this took. I will be reporting to ACCC and VCAT

intimidation tactics and steam roll until you believe it’s your only option. CALL a REPUTABLE locksmith with a fixed address &or storefront. They throw numbers around and enforce emergency call out fees until your total is near $1000 yet when pressed to leave, they can charge as low as $200. Absolute joke!

On short notice, sam came out and got me back into my home. Appreciate him for coming out at late hours. Great communication by Sam. I will definitely call him back for any other locksmith needs.

Late and no customer service skills – Spoke to J on the phone and was given a price for changing locks so that's who I thought was coming but someone else turned up instead, 30 minutes… Read more

late and no phone call because apparently they had written the number down incorrectly even though I repeated it, the guy who came did the job but he was as boring as batshit with no customer service skills and hard to understand and didn't explain things clearly, barely spoke two words unless I spoke to him first, didn't advise what he was doing or when he was doing it, disappeared for ages and I had no idea where he went only to discover he was in the van outside cutting keys, might have been nice if he had told me where he went, I chose this company based on all of the positive feedback but can't say I was happy with the service.

Very efficient. From calling in the morning, they were able to fit us in within a couple of hours. Communication between Jackson was great and very informative. Jackson was very helpful, friendly and polite. Would recommend and use again.

then I'd need to make an appointment to have it cut and programmed. I googled Sydney Car Locksmiths and sent a quote request at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and received the $350 quote 10 minutes later. They were very busy but promised to come to me by the end of the day. Despite it being a cold wet night, Alex kept in touch with me and arrived at 6pm in the pouring rain and cut and programmed my new key. Despite him obviously having had a long day Alex was cheerful, helpful and p0rofessional. Excellent service. I would highly recommend them

block for my neighbour was $200), the attending locksmith said my lock has a ‘high security lock’ and a more complicated job. I felt pressured to pay the amount as I was desperate to get back in to my apartment , which he quoted halfway through the job. He was onsite for a total of 17 minutes. I asked for a receipt and none was provided via sms as promised. When I followed up with On Call Locksmiths to complain and demand a refund - no response. I have reported to my bank, Master Locksmiths Association (who confirmed I have been scammed) and the ACCC. This company should be closed down as they taking advantage of innocent people in vulnerable situations. Be warned - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
