these people will scam you. They will charge an emergency fee even though it's not an emergency, say they can't move the price, then drop it from 485 to 400. When you say you can't pay, they prey on the desperate and overcharge for the simplest jobs. Please, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL SCAM YOU !!!!!!

extremely straightforward job from what I witnessed. It took less than 10 minutes and he tried to charge me $200 but was happy to only charge $150 if I gave him a good review. Total rip off.

A locksmith before Daniel couldn't open the door and suggested to break the lock, so we refused to work with him. Daniel came walked in checked all yhe entry points and picked the one that was workable. Without breaking the lock. He opened the door for us. this company (see other reviews - where people have been charged $1000 or more) . I was also overcharged excessively for a basic lock and all I was wanting a room door to be unlocked in next few days. They arrive and mislead on price during payment - classic 'Bait-and-Switch' Pricing and inflated costs under duress - exploiting the situation. The way technician explained the price, I was hoping to pay $299 for a door unlocked but to my surprise, the price turned out to be $1,150.
After arguing with the manager, I managed to get the price down to $850, but this job should have not bene more than $200 - $300.
I really hope people read reviews of this company before scheduling a call with them.
Follow-up · It was a standard door room handle. I don't know if the Brand as we only moved into this house recently. They explained the charge, but the way he explained was, that from $199, it goes up to $299. In the end, he added all the charges.

Had a great experience with this locksmith. They arrived quickly, were really friendly and got the job done without any hassle. Everything was explained clearly, the price was reasonable, and the whole process was much easier than I expected. It’s hard to find reliable tradespeople these days, so I really appreciated the professional service. Would definitely use them again and happily recommend them to others.

They highly overcharge and they quoted $250/each + labour as the price for a cylinder lock change. I believe most of the reviews here have been added by them using pictures they take of the job.
They charged my son 850.00 odd dollars to unlock the boot of his car. They are a bunch of thieves. Tried calling and have sent several emails, but still awaiting on there so called review process. DO NOT USE THEM.
Follow-up · It was a Holden Commodore, no new lock fitted, they just opened the boot. If you check them out on Facebook everybody says exacyly the same thing. They are a bunch of thieves.

He then asked me to fill out a review form, which made me believe the job was complete. However, afterward, he asked me to pay $250, which I felt I had no choice but to do.
This was very disappointing.
