Knobs Communicating : Ball Entry Door Knob Keyed On ... Key on both sides When the locksmith came, he did not have the lock I had asked for specifically. The lock would be opened from inside even when locked from the outside. They also demanded me for more money $180 cash instead of $155. This is an unethical business. I wouldn’t go here unless you want to be ripped off!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !! I needed an emergency call out to unlock a door. It was late on a Saturday night so I did not expect this to be cheap. Not only that but continued to get calls saying they were coming to collect the money for a job not done by them for something that was cancelled within 5 minutes.

Terrible overpriced service. Asked locksmith to replace two locks and key for entry handle. Was advised the handle could be “fixed” as the key could not be cut. Three hours later, the handle would not work at all. Customers and staff locked in. No one could get in or out of store. Locksmith said he could “maybe” come back in an hour. I had locked myself out of my apartment and needed a locksmith ASAP. Mr David came out within 5mins of my call. He was professional, reliable and went above and beyond to open 2 doors without having to drill into the lock. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

the full pricing until after he completed the service. The guy meet me at the door and was asking if I had used a locksmith before, I answered truthfully and said no. I now know this was just so he can gauge how much I knew and how much he could overcharge and fee stack. They take advantage of people in need. He showed me that my lock was in the top tier charge, where is said smart lock. It is a simple lock and given no tools were required to open it this clearly was a lie. EFPOS machine was convinietly not working and he wanted a bank transfer, he then stood in my house ( i am a young female on my own) charging the efpos machine. He did not offer to send a link for me to pay via card, even though the email I got sent with the recipt after had this option. I felt scared and uncomfortable and ended up paying the the bank transfer so he could just get out of my house. Invoice attached, funny they remove the naming convention for the tier they charge on the invoice. At time of paying he said random things and had number showing on his iphone calculator. He also never disclosed final price prior to starting service or provided % attached to labour fees and other things. AFTER he got the bank transfer he got me sign the invoce but only showed me the signature line. For you own safety please don't use these guys, especiallly if you are a women living on your own.

fees were not transparently communicated upfront and only appeared once the work was already done, leaving no real option to question or decline them. It felt extremely deceptive and poorly handled. The company that completed the job was Omnix Solutions PTY LTD
What makes this worse is that the job itself was not even completed to an acceptable standard. Not only was the work left unfinished, but additional damage was caused to my door during the process — something I now have to deal with separately.
Trying to resolve the issue has been even more frustrating than the service itself. There appears to be no proper customer resolution process in place. I’ve been repeatedly told that someone would call me back, yet no one ever follows through. Emails go unanswered, and there is a complete lack of accountability from the company.
The communication from management was just as disappointing — dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take any responsibility for what happened. At no point did I feel like my concerns were being taken seriously or that there was any genuine effort to fix the situation.
Overall, this experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism across the board — from pricing transparency to workmanship, communication, and after-service support.

another locksmith on Facebook, and they opened my door in about one minute and charged only $130.
The technician then told me I had two options: pay $99 for the inspection (because I called after hours) and he would leave, or pay $469 for him to open the door. At that point it was already 10pm, and my phone battery was about to die, so I could not make more calls to check on other companies. After negotiating, they reduced the price to $350.
The technician then opened the door in about one minute — the same amount of time it took another locksmith a few month ago. There was nothing special or difficult about the key.
I feel the situation advantage of the fact that I live alone, it was late at night, and my phone battery was about to die. The price increase from the initial quote to the final charge was unreasonable and not transparent.
The locksmith service provided by the technician is beyond expectation. They have the skills to open smart locks with ease.

provided a verbal quote to fix the door of around $500 which my mother approved, then produced a bill in excess of $1,200 when the job was finished. And next day still having trouble with the door. I have reported this company to Consumer Affairs Vic.

This same individual took the cell phone being used to process a payment when my father left the garage and entered an additional payment and kept an additional payment of $899.99. The company tried to claim they had no record of the service call. However, the phone records were provided to the police as part of the affidavit when the theft was reported. This company does not vet their workers as they claim. Do not trust ANYONE they send to your home!

Very Shady... I should have come and read these reviews.... called to get service was told a tech would call. Made me text his cell directly....quoted 3-6 hundred...charged me 967 without itemized receipt to review. The customer service was just as bad as the workmanship. When I contacted the office the following week to request a receipt for the cash payment, I spoke with Jo, who incorrectly claimed that the job had been cancelled. I explained that the job had not been cancelled, that the technician had attended, and that I had paid cash. Instead of investigating the issue or attempting to assist, she hung up on me.
I then provided my email address multiple times and repeatedly requested a receipt, yet no receipt was ever sent. My attempts to resolve the matter were simply ignored.
As a customer, I expect three very basic things: competent workmanship, proof of payment, and professional customer service. In my experience, Locksmith Now failed on all three.
I paid for a repair, received a worse outcome than I started with, could not obtain a receipt for my payment, was hung up on when trying to resolve the issue, and am now forced to spend additional money fixing their work.
I would not use this company again under any circumstances and would strongly caution others before handing over their money.

Will not send an invoice but demand you pay immediately the exorbitant amount they have decided to charge and will not leave until you have paid. Forcing immediate bank transfer. Inflating bills. Insulting behaviour by locksmith.
