refund, it turns out that the buyer is responsible for returning the product to their warehouse in Asia, with postage estimated at $80-$100. I won't be buying from BBB again and do not recommend them due to the quality of the product and inefficient returns process.

I ordered from here around 2 months ago. Sent 3 emails trying to find out what is happening - initial response was the usual 'so sorry, etc etc. we will get back to you as soon as possible'. Do not purchase from this scam outfit. Tried to get a return address as they portrayed Themselves to be Australian company. No address but was told it had to be returned to China at an exorbitant cost. My fault as I broke my own rules that are: never purchase if not offered PayPal as a payment platform

I even opened it was I’ve been had by another Chinese seller. Opening the package the items packed in plastic bags. Each product was cheap painted poly material, design was very poor front back sewn together very little buttons, slip on over head shirts. I sent email to them to say exactly that it was poor quality and not what the photo describes. Asked for return and a refund they emailed back to say it would cost $100 to return by mail and they would not recommend. They offered a 25% refund only. I didn’t bother with refund. I feel scammed again from Cheap Chinese products that just fill our land fill.

The cut of the dress I got is completely different to the one that I ordered, it looks nothing like the photo on their website, looks more like a printed sack. It took forever to receive my order and now it is going into the rag bag, would not even donate to charity and cant be bothered to try and get my money back, as I think they are no longer trading.
