Products are good, but customer service shocking . On their site they promise full size free product with every order well they don’t send anything even though I ticked it. Misleading advertising and their customer service makes all these excuses

Purchased the airstyler last year and loved it , I used it all the time. The downside is ,it broke in less than a year . The materials used to make it are cheap so I’m not surprised it broke so quickly . It’s a shame because I really liked the airstyler

Poor quality castor oil. Didn’t work as claimed. Soft as a puppy’s ear no way, unless you mean a wire haired terrier – Contains castor oil as the main ingredient. Not a nice oil. Heavy in the hair. Smell is not pretty. Bad results. Would not buy again.

completed and sent by then I emailed them to see if I can the free product and they said no as my order was on 25/11 but they didnt want to hear how unfair that was. Top of that again my order hasnt arrived and already asking feedback on the product that hadnt even been done yet not mention my package is missing! This is all wrong and wont be shopping online with them again!

shipping/dispatch delays when I placed my order. They indicated it could be up to another week before my order shipped - which would make dispatch time 2 weeks from the date my order was placed! Thankfully my order shipped 2 days later. All in all, dispatch time was 6 business days. However the real issues started when my products arrived - I noticed that my procapil tonic had been swapped for “UK stock” on the packing slip, the barcode number on my intensive spray didn’t match that listed on the packing slip and that ingredients listed on the back of my procapil tonic and intensive spray didn’t match those on either the AU or UK websites. I attempted to follow up with an email to customer service, and to request a refund of my express shipping fee - but my queries were ignored and refund refused as the “shipping timeframe start from when your order ships, not from when the order is placed”. It wasn’t until I commented on their Instagram and tiktok, made a few tiktok videos with screenshots of my correspondence/ ingredient discrepancies (@dopaminemachinebroken) and tweeted the same screenshots that I got my shipping fee refunded - but still no explanation regarding the ingredients. I’m so disappointed, I really wanted to support an Australian company- but I inadvertently discovered they were recently acquired by an American private equity firm - which they haven’t made very public either! I won’t be reordering from them, despite somewhat liking the scalp wash and shampoo/conditioner.

Disappointing – I had been using the Hair Growth shampoo and conditioner for well over a year and absolutely loved it. My hair was shiny and healthy. I just got another delivery and the first wash I could tell it was different. My hair is now dull and corse and heavy and does not feel clean. I compared the ingredients on the 2 bottles and it looks like there are more ingredients in the new bottle, but they claimed they had not changed it.

Worst customer service – They sent me the wrong package, then refused to deliver my order until I returned the wrong order. I chose to order online for the convenience but now need to go to the post office during its limited opening hours. They called the second delivery, the replacement order. No, it’s not, it’s my original order. The worst customer service ever. The delivery error is their problem, not mine.

Worse than an average hair dryer – I bought a blow out brush and its performance is rubbish. It’s much better to do my hair with a regular blow dryer. The blow out brush takes forever and makes my hair frizzy. I barely use it and just recently tried it again and it made a big bang noise and smelt like smoke. I have contacted for a refund.

Terrible experience – Anti dandruff shampoo leaves hair extremely heavy and dull. Similar look to swimming in a chlorinated pool. Even my brother noticed and he never notices these kind of things. Emailed constructive feedback with no reply. Left negative feedback on their website and it was never posted. Buyers beware. It’s expensive which l don’t have a problem with but no follow up after a negative experience isn’t quite what l expected.

Customer Care – What a terrible company and don't care about customers giving aload of excuses instead of resolving issues. Never will use again or recommend to anyone. I am glad I am not the only unhappy customer judging by the reviews with 7 out of 10 customers not happy with products or service.

Poor customer service – Placed order with a reply that said email will advise when sent. No further email received or even communication to advise delay etc. In comparison to other online companies this is poor customer service. I have searched to look for reviews and whether a scam.

Asked for credit card and id to release my order – I recently placed a small order (under $50) with Bondi Boost and they asked me to send them my credit card and id over email or my order won't be released. Is this a joke? I of course cancelled my order straight away and won't order anything from them ever again. It is a shame because I used to like their products.

No responses on emails – I had sent several emails regarding their brush blow dryer I purchased that stopped working after using it about three times. I have still to receive a response. I only had the item within a few months when it did this. The worst company & there is no telephone to report a complaint!!!!

My gripe is not them increasing prices, my gripe is that they do not tell you that they are increasing prices, that your next order will cost more.

They screen their reviews and dont post the negative ones! Missing an item and they simply didn't care – I ordered what should have been 13 items valued at over $500. Noticed one item from a set was missing a couple of days later and emailed them. Response was not favourable. Looking at these reviews, customer service is extremely disappointing. Try to support the Aussie brands and get ripped off. Left a negative review on their website and they've screened it - no wonder they look so well loved when they're controlling the feedback

Negative experience with device but awesome customer service – The brush didn't work after the second use. First it was strange sound and then smoke and burning smell out of the device. The positive thing is the customer service which was incredibly responsive. Sadly I had to return the brush but I appreciate how helpful and quick the customer service were.
