Bondilane

I ordered a dress, ‘Imelda/Geometric Dress’ from the Bondi Lane website on 10/09/2025. I ordered this dress in good faith expecting a quality product. Although the website didn’t stipulate the type of fabric, the photo showed a flowing, crinkled fabric looking like a light weight natural type. What I received was a cheap crass hideous heavy polyester dress sewn by a poorly skilled manufacturer. The pattern is badly printed onto the fabric. I accept the advertised dress is loose fitting but what I received could best described as a tube of plastic fabric!! I noticed Bondi Lane did not attach their company name label to the dress. After researching other company websites that sell the same range of clothing, I have deduced that this dress is manufactured in a central location and perhaps sent out as though originating from Australian companies. I have requested a full refund but to date have not heard from ‘Bondi Lane’. It has been 2 weeks since I emailed the company at info@bondi-lane.com.
