Products not delivered and unable to contact – Order placed in August now mid September 21 no product delivered and all attempts at contact - email, online contact form and mobile phone listed with no response.

rip off – do not buy from this site take your money and you don't get your items. phone number is fake and don't respond to emails.

Did not deliver item purchased – Ordered a bonsai tree and never received it. It was very sad because I had bought a bonsai as a present.

Terrible experience – It has been a month since I placed my order. It should of been sent via express post from within AUS. I have emailed this company twice and called multiple times to see where my order is. I have heard no response. No information on shipping or even a order confirmation. Money has been taken from my account and I have had to take the matter up with Paypal to receive a refund. Don't order from this company.

Never use Bonsai Warehouse – Ordered from them over two weeks ago was express shipping even ticked the box to leave package if no one was home only to find out I was charged for that to. Package never arrived Australian post has no lodge for it. Bonsai Warehouse don’t answer any calls or return my calls or email Do not use this company they are scammers

Terrible experience – Never received my order. Never received any reply to my messages via email nor through their contact form. Will need to proceed to a disput with my credit card company. Very disapointed as the bonsai pot i ordered was pretty expensive

Never received my items – I ordered an item on 24/10 and never received it, nor any correspondence or messages. I contacted them multiple times (including via email) and have received no reply. If you've already ordered, your best bet is to lodge a dispute via Paypal and a complaint with the ACCC. Similar story to the other reviews on this site where others never received the goods.

No product, service or contact – Very slick looking site, all reviews are credible and positive and very professional sale process. Unfortunately no goods ever arrived and there is no contact from them ever against raised queries and the phone number supplied doesn't work. Very disappointing, can only assume it is an elaborate scam

Took money, goods never sent – I ordered an item showing as being in stock, in Australia (QLD), and included Express Post next day service. Auspost receive consignment details from them but Bonsai Warehouse never lodged the parcel. Auspost still shows it as outstanding. Paypal contacted them when I raised a dispute. Bonsai Warehouse did not respond to Paypal either, so they reversed the transaction. This is not a once-off occurrence. Search on popular Australian bonsai forums and you will see multiple reports exactly the same.
