Excellent service, on time every time and very friendly technician
Thank you to all the guys at Border Heating & Cooling for attending to the problem I was experiencing. All that attended my premises were very polite and explained things clearly to me. Jordan was very professional and an asset to the complany.
Why did we wait so long – Border Heating & Cooling is a very professional company. Advice from Sales Consultant Tegan to suit our home needs was exemplary. What she doesn't know about air conditioning is not worth knowing. We thank her for her very wise advice. Team members (Joel & Tre) who installed our new Daikin cassette reverse cycle airconditioner knew exactly what they had to do, and did it swiftly and expertly working as an expert team. They set up, demonstrated and explained the operations of the Airconditioner on completion of the installation and tidied up after the job too.
A special thank-you to Daniel and his partner, the electricians, who arrived promptly when called upon and did an excellent job too. Fortunately, it wasn't as hot as later on, nevertheless, they all worked under difficult heat conditions. And we are now the beneficiaries of lovely cool air. Yay!!
We highly recommend this excellent company.
