My first Bosch front loader and not my last! – My third front loader and my first Bosch - and I love it. Easy to use. Programs cover all fabrics with reduced power and water usage - great on the hip pocket. Really good spin cycles so minimal drying time. Operates very quietly even on a fast spin. Worse Washing Machine – I bought this machine a year back. After purchasing it, within 1 month water leakage problem started and complained about it, they fixed it but again the same water leakage problem started. open, the same cycle will start again, it has ruined my clothes. Sometimes it doesn't stop 1 wash cycle for whole day, water wont drain. Bosch used to be good, but not anymore. I would suggest don't purchase any Bosch appliance.
Great appliance, daily loads, family of 5 – It has been doing daily loads for almost 3 and a half years now. It did show an error code at one point. A quick google search revealed the outlet was blocked. The machine is designed to make this really easy to drain and clean. There was three years worth of collected hair (and a pen!) stuck in the outlet. After cleaning the machine it has continued to work without issue the past 6 months. Show details
Good Reliable Washing Machine – I have had this machine for 1 year and I am very happy with it. It is super quiet, washes clothes and towels perfectly and never comes out of balance. annoying so this one is much better. I am happy with how it handles my clothes and I have never had any issues with stretching or fading. My favourite cycle is the "Mix" cycle which I use for almost everything as it is quick and the clothes always come out very dry. Although I am very happy with this machine and would recommend it, I have taken 1 star off as the choices in the washing options are a bit strange (e.g. there is an option for "Quilts/Duvets" but not one for towels) and I have found that the only useful ones for me are the "Mix" and the "Delicates" options.
We have been missing out for soo long – Should have bought one of these years ago. We moved our laundry from downstairs up to the Garage, best thing we ever did. We have also noticed a water and power saving since installing it. We were worried about the noise as the laundry is next to the spare bedroom which the Grandchildren sleep in, it is seriously whisper quiet. The wife was worried about bending down to load/unload the machine, but this has not been a problem. It has a series of different wash cycles to suit all types of materials, including a 15/30 minute quick cycle. The only thing we wish it had is a spin only cycle, it does have a 15min rinse and spin cycle which works ok. The 1400rpm spin speed gets most of the water out of the washing making for faster drying times. This is a feature rich machine which we would highly recommend.
Inferior product – We purchased this machine and 1 month later it started to leak water. Called the company and they sent out a technician. Waited 3 weeks for them to tell us that it wasn’t covered by warranty and offered us 50% discount on another one! Appalling service and inferior machine will never purchase anything else from them!! Love the washing machine but its now making a squeaking sound on some loads of washing not all – I bought my machine BOSH Series 6 last October and I love the machine washes well and the clothes come out lovely. In the last day I notice on some loads of washing the machine is making a small squeaking noise it comes and goes. What could this be? The filter gets cleaned regulary and the machine is clean. So disappointed I’m selling it – I bought this machine after using a 7.5kg Samsung for ten years. This 9kg doesn’t fit any more than my old one which was the only reason I upgraded. so disappointing. I can choose around an hour and have dirty clothes or wait 2.40 for clean. No options in between. I thought I’d be spending less time washing. Now i can’t even get the washing done in one day.
Also even though this machine spins at 1400 (my old one 1200) the clothes are coming out wetter.

'SpeedPerfect' function allows us to get a rush on small loads with great results - 15 mins or 30 mins.
'EcoPerfect' is by far our favourite function. We load the machine, indicate a time to complete, load the detergent, etc & set it before bed. The load is ready by the alloted time in the morning ready to be hung out. We appreciate this greatly as the machine runs so silently in the night unlike our previous machine, and to our surprise the energy consumption by the machine is far less than running a normal load. (Cold Wash)
BONUS: This is our first machine with a 90c Wash Cycle - We ran our first HOT WASH for Whites. The difference is not subtle but VERY OBVIOUS.
