Love this Jura Coffee Machine, fantastic coffee, so easy to use
ENA 8I have had this coffee machine for just over 2 years, has not missed a beat, its used everyday. Makes beautiful coffee and I am very fussy with coffee. Great when you have people over, can all be done via the Jura app
I usually have a black coffee which is piping hot, when making cappuccinos, I usually just heat the cups for added heat, there is an adjustment in the machine to choose what heat settings you want

Do Not Need Coffee From Cafe Anymore
ENA 8After intensively searching and comparing, finally on Black Friday 22 we bought Jura ENA8, as our first coffee machine. We used to use Bialetti Moka Pot. I should have bought it earlier! Now my husband and I are able to enjoy the real taste of the good quality coffee bean just in one touch, make our morning coffee jump to another level and set our mood more ready for the day.
Good points:
1. Sleek and good looking machine, easily fit and looks good in my relatively small kitchen bench.
2. Really helpful with a preferences setting that we can sa

Great little coffee unit for small kitchen
ENA 9I have this little unit for maybe 24+months. I had an issue after 2 years with weak coffee. After ringing Jura I was able to get it shipped for repair under warranty. It's back to making me several black coffee's each day so can't complain. If it wasn't for the break down I would give it a 5 star. I am also very happy with Jura responsive maintenance. Great product and company.

Great, allows fine tuning, bit FIDDLY but needs your attention to get the best from it.
ENA 8[3.5 year update May: 023. Surprised to hear myself say this, but really, I'm ready for stronger coffee and proper expresso pressure. But the expense of an upgrade.....!. & choices (!). Meanwhile I don't regret buying this one... but it's only r stars as I am EXIGENT if devices and l notice stuff others dimont. So strap in a fun find out my from the ground-up review and ramblings.
The clogging issue (below) has been largely absent since the major service. And it's hotter coffee now. I do keep doing the clean cycles at alerted intervals. Do i
... Read moret religiously or you will get the dreaded clogs. And it's disgusting otherwise- because the brew group will have moulded up. That's a serious health concern. I am glad we don't have any roaches, or I would have had to throw this out immediately due to the amount of wet coffee poo in the innards - remember you cant pull out and soak the brew group like you could in old Seaco machines. (They tasted and and ran much better when I did that - soak in soap free hot water Naturally,as you need all those good coffee oils , or maybe food grade silicone lube for caskets and pivot points - despite my circumlocutions, is it indeed a good coffee machine and probably very good finalist in the Land of Fully Automated coffee machines.. A very good coffee machine, makes excellent coffee at home, but has drawbacks to be aware of, especially if you’re a perfectionist (aren't we all when it comes to coffee?). Note: this is a thorough review after 2.5 years of heavy use, with headings: Context, Summary, Positive and Negative points, and my “Tips”. Context for this review: This “Jura ENA 8” has been thoroughly for 2.5 yrs, making 8 espresso shots a day (about 7,500 coffees) which apparently is higher than average. Our 3 previous fully automatic coffee machines over the last 20 years have been Saeco (Phillips), which lasted 5 years of heavy domestic use on average. Chose Jura because I liked the extraction / flavourful coffee and ability to adjust many settings. And the expectation of Swiss quality. I have not been incentivized for this review - I bought it at Harvey Normal full price.Purchased in at Harvey Norman for $1,599.

Perfect machine (if you can get it on sale)
ENA 8My Second Jura after owning a Ena Micro 8. Managed to pick it up on sale ($1200) during Black Friday, with bonus milk attachment. Super easy to use and produces wonderful coffee, Milk froth attachment makes a decent cap/latte, however Jura's are more aligned to people who prefer black/espresso, that's where they really shine. Only gripe would be the non sale price ($2k) and the relatively small water tank. If you get the bonus Bluetooth J.O.E attachment, its makes it very handy when doing a large amount of coffee's as you can essentially place an order and start brewing!

Love my ENA8 Nordic, I start my morning with it everyday!!
ENA 8I've waited a few weeks since purchasing my machine to write this as I wanted to make a proper assessment first.
This is the first Jura I've owned but friends of mine have an earlier model and I loved theirs and went ahead and bought mine.
I prefer beans and the machine is great with the bean grind change mechanism also I've found it to be very consistent in its ability to make the perfect coffee each time and I mean again and again. The choices and ease of coffee styles is excellent and the temperature is great. The only downside for me is mine is a 6 coffee a day machine so I wish the coffee grounds container and drip tray were larger lol.
Purchased in at Joyce Mayne for $1,499.

Questions & Answers
I have a ENA micro 9 and the cover close message will not self correct even when all covers are closed.
Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your question.
The "Close Cover" display message means that the aroma preservation cover for the bean container is not fitted or not fitted correctly. If the cover appears closed it may be that the cover is damaged as there is a part of the cover which slots into the machine which alerts the machine that cover has been inserted.
You can purchase a replacement aroma preservation cover here:

how do I manually de-scale Ena3. I follow the instruction manual but the de-scale function does not appear??
Hi Tom,
Please see instructions below:
When the display shows READY, press and hold the maintenance button until RINSE appears on the display. Press the Rotary Switch to enter the programme step. RINSE appears on the display. Now turn the Rotary Switch until DE-SCALE is displayed. Press the Rotary Switch. EMPTY TRAY appears on the display. Now follow the instructions on the display.
If DE-SCALING remains displayed for a long time, this means the descaling programme was started with too much liquid or water was topped up before the water tank was empty.
Our tip: Restart the descaling programme with 0.5 l water. All the water in the water tank is sucked out during the programme. Please do not replenish water until the display prompts you to do so.
If DE-SCALE is displayed even though the CLARIS filter cartridge is inserted, this means the filter was not activated in programming mode. Our tip: Remove the filter and run the descaling programme. Then insert a new filter and activate it in programming mode.
Hope this helps.
Kind regards,
JURA Australia
