We got this coffee machine as a replacement and it worked well for about 2 years. Suddenly started spraying milk everywhere. Whilst Jura were helpful to try and diagnose, it was a long drawn out process to get it in for repair. Agreed they repaired under warranty. back around the end of September 2025. Today made a coffee for hubby and went to make one for myself and the exact same problem reoccured less than 3 months after said repair. When working makes a great coffee consistently, but to go wrong twice in 3 months is not great. A known fault in the machine apparently, so why has the manufacturer not rectified this? For the cost of the machine I recommend you steer clear.
Don't bother with Jura – We have had this coffee machine for about 3yrs now and I regret this purchase. The coffee is not hot, and needs to be microwaved, and the connections do not seal properly and the milk sprays everywhere. Coffee is also inconsistent in flavour and texture. can get out of coffee. This is the only machine that I know that does it. The downside of this machine is the upkeep of the machine. It goes through a lot of filters and wants to be cleaned all the time besides that this machine is a great machine. criticism is that sometimes the first coffee is not at optimum temprature however this is not a deal breaker for me. I would rate this as the best coffee machine I have owned. While a top of the range double boiler manual machine could be slightly better in making the perfect coffee, the effort does not justify the outcome. The Z10 is quick and easy to use and provides a great result everytime. Fully recommend this machine.
Fantastic machine – Makes great coffee, although you do need great beans. Very little cleaning is needed, just wash out the drip tray/coffee bean tray occasionally. You will get used to the regular instructions to either fill the water container or empty the drip tray or fill the bean container, it doesn't operate if any of these need to be done. the milk is not great, i dont know what the answer is but for circa $4,000 the designers should come up with slicker/sleeker/better solution than what is availbale.

Absolutely love it – Love my Jura Z10 coffee machine, it’s incredible, perfect coffee first time I used it and every time since, still need to do the master class to learn more but it’s so easy to use. purchased on the go premium ice coffees, however, as now often consumed working from home.
My OCD'esque nature meant I pre-consumed all relevant Jura Z10 online documentation, instructions & 3rd party reviews so as to compare it to & perhaps upgrade from our existing caffeinated beverage workhorse.

After rather hesitantly parting with the least amount of our hard earned moolah, the speedily delivered Z10 machine replaced the ENA 9 with only a slightly larger benchtop footprint, but with a much welcomed greater water & bean holding capacity.
So too soon thereafter the carton of bonus Jura degustation 4pk of coffee beans & Airscape vacuum container arrived & was put to immediate use.
With a full month of use & over 2kg of a variety of coffee under our widening belts, as well as actioning the first prompted & familiar machine cleaning & smart filter swap with ease, all our expectations have bean (punintended ;) easily met with room to spare having yet experienced the full plethora of the additional preset beverage varieties & functionality.
Our morning mochas, lattes & flat whites are consistently assembled with the finest of milk froths as perfectly as ever, all irregularly enjoyed after some initial beverage adjustments with the much welcomed & greater customisation of most preset ingredient parameters, now pre-saved & simply repeatedly accessed with the numerous newly personalized custom touch screen buttons, to perfectly fill our various sized coffee vessels with our predominant preferences for stronger & hotter brews, also with the familiar on-the-fly adjustments remaining readily at hand if needed.
So too consumed are the now many rapidly prepared afternoon cold brew espressos, as enjoyed with a pinch of raw sugar & a dash of Aldi cold almond milk. (BTW, gotta love their award winning Lazzio dark & medium roast whole beans for taste & value too).
The new method of frequently cleaning the milk system with the exactingly dispensed mini tabs is actioned with ease, either at nearly every prompt, or as deemed prudent with the included ingenious dual chamber cleaning container.
Not to mention the overall high level of hygiene is maintained in the same familiar fashion of the coffee system flushing being performed automatically at startup & shutdown.
Whilst the Jura J.O.E. app & Z10 were paired to our home WIFI with ease, it is rarely used in our household - thus far!
Our additional complimentary purchase of the Jura 500ml glass milk vessel now eliminates the hidden hose in carton scenario of occasionally running out of milk part way through making a beverage.
The likely increase in comparative ongoing system hygiene, greater beverage variety, new cold brew method & our overall above average rating is well enough to overcome the relatively high initial & ongoing additional running cost(s) for the more frequent smart filter changes through greater water use & more oft used milk system cleaning mini tabs.
My mornings are complete it is just the best couldn’t live without it – So so happy just the press of a button and the most wonderful cappuccino easily set to my cup size and strength.Milk is frothed to perfection and you can easily set the temperature of the coffee to your own taste.I am so so happy,it’s a gem Show details · 1

Each family member can set their favourite brew. It is the best looking Jura I've owned and has that Swiss build quality! The Diamond Black finish is superb! The coffee it produces is as good as any barista made. Strong as you want, hot as you want, as much volume as you want (even a jug)! I bought in preference to the S8 as I wanted the Cold Brew facility. I'm so pleased I did as the results are magic! I'm looking forward to summer when I will make greater use of cold brew. Making a coffee is so simple and the one touch milk system cleaning process is a dream. All other cleaning functions easy as. To be honest, this machine is almost self cleaning with its automatic coffee and milk rinse processes! I highly recommend this product. than spend over 4k on this with a milk chiller unit. Milk chiller alone was over $300 and didn't come even come with a WiFi dongle ( needed to talk to the app ) so definitely disappointment in thr cost and you still have to buy basic accessories to help use it. If you have thousands of dollars to waste its a great machine but overall for cost to benefit I do not recommend

it is very easy to clean. Its a lot quieter than my previous machine which is great for making those early morning coffees without disturbing the rest of the house. Would highly recommend for anyone who likes a good quality coffee machine

zero. It would be nice to have a one to one person from Jura to actually show you the operation and cleaning of the machine. It seems to be an expensive maintenance machine to my liking but overall the quality of the coffee is excellent.

machine is constantly telling me to clean and replace parts. * The machine is forever 'cleaning'. I guess in a busy office the cleaning trigger after 15 minutes of non-use would barely be noticed, but at home where I often only make one cup at a time it means that for each cup of coffee there's a complete cleaning cycle. * The instruction guide (pdf) is not helpful. For example, it does not detail what each of the preset coffees actually are, nor does it adequately explain how to customise them. Jura, to their credit, provide an online live assistance service, but I'd just like to know what the various options are; what a "Cortado" is, without pressing the button and just watching what happens!

Always consistent, frothy caps, smooth coffee – We’ve had an earlier generation of the Jura machines which was always great, but the Z10 is absolutely next level. Ease of use and to clean it is great, best of all it is always so consistent, both the coffee products, the cappuccino froth (which is our favourite), the temp is always spot on. 2 months since purchase still the phone app doesnt connect to it! – For 2 months Jura Australia cant sort their phone app issue as jura JOE android app cant connect to the machine. There are multiple reviews at google playstore that the app is complete junk and for last 6 months jura did nothing to address the issues with the app. So when you see ads that you can control jura "state of the art" Z10 via phone app… Read more
