I didn't even get a quote! – Don't bother with this crowd. I told the sales lady it was urgent and needed to finalise my order ASAP. 5 days later no quote! At least reading the reviews, I am now thankful she did not get back to me.

Lazy, disinterested, sloppy and overpriced – Bowermans are truly appalling service providers when it comes to custom made joinery. They contract another firm to make the joinery and charge a markup for doing almost nothing. joiner's job. If it wasn't for the care of the actual joiners, who did the work Bowermans were paid to do, it would have been a total disaster. At the last minute Bowermans tried to delay the installation date because they were too lazy to organise the truck for delivery. They failed to produce tax receipts, eventually produced them in the wrong names, and wanted 100% payment prior to installation, Use them at your own peril. And don't expect a response if you complain - they promise action and then ignore the problem, hoping you will forget about it. Go direct to a joiner.

Very Dissapointed – We ordered and paid 50% for office furniture in Jan 2014 with a 4-5 week promised delivery. I finally picked it up myself mid March and they still were missing one cabinet. wrong hinges so I had to chase these, but they again sent the worng ones. I went and bought them myself. When I rang one week towards the end she asked me if I knew one cabinet was from a different range and may not match in 100%, this was 6 weeks after I placed order. In the end it didnt matter but really?

I am in business and I believe if we did anything like this we wouldnt At least the colour was correct Everything, Customer service, delivery, assembly, parts, etc
