Bad customer service, Bad sales support – Recanted on an offer on the website. I enquired how much for an additional M2 SSD with a prebuilt pc that was below market price 7800x3d with 4080 super for $2950. They then proceeded to remove the offer 1 hour later (I checked again 24 hours later). And never responded to my email. I feel very dirty about that. The lack of customer service in sales is a strong indicator of what the warranty process would be like. Strongly advise to avoid. Show details

Liars – Lied about postage times and gave me a tracking number for an item they said had been posted but it hadn't been posted yet. I wasted time checking the number several times and emailing them 24 hours+ later asking why there is no tracking info and what had happened with my $240 ssd. Great store for all your computer systems and parts – Ordered a complete computer system from BPC Technology and was kept informed of progress from building my system to ready for delivery. It arrived in a well protected box and all inside parts were safely protected while in transit. I will certainly use them again in the future for computers or accessories. Show details
