Do not be misled by the "premium" branding or the US/UK contact addresses listed on this website. I ordered a pair of shoes from "Bradley & Weston," but after a three-week delivery delay—during which the company was intentionally vague about the… Read more
shipping origin—I received a pair of subpar, generic shoes branded "QRLQRL." The quality is nowhere near what is advertised on their site.
The most deceptive parts of this business:
False Identity: They provide a Nevada address and a US +1 toll-free number to appear domestic, but ship generic goods from China.
Hidden Return Policy: Their website promises a "stress-free" return, but once you complain, they demand you ship the item back to Jiangxi Province, China, at your own expense. This international requirement is not disclosed in their public refund policy.
Selective Customer Support: They intentionally ignore complaints about product quality and branding discrepancies, choosing instead to pivot to scripted "policy" excuses.
In my opinion, this is not a premium footwear brand. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
Follow-up · How was the packaging condition on arrival? The package arrived intact. It wasn't anything spectacular. Did the shoes match the website photos? Yes, the shoes matched the website photos in terms of resemblance. However, the quality was extremely poor compared to the presentation on the company's website. How was the shoe comfort level? Wore them… Read more
Boots are made from vinyl, not full grain leather as described. Returns require you to ship to China for over three times the cost of the boots! Stay away. Show details
The website promised quality product and customer service. My experience is the opposite of this. Ordered a pair of quality hide shoes but I received a pair of low quality, incorrect sized shoes. The size 46 were under size and my bare feet were jammed hard up the toe of the shoes, so I couldn't wear them. The promise of the website promised a… Read more
return to my satisfaction. But the exactly details on the returns policy are only detailed on the order confirmation. I was offered a replacement item and after 4 weeks I still have not had the matter resolved, even after repeated assurances that it would be resolved in 24 hours.
I was browsing Melbourne Marketplace in June 2025 when I came across a pop up advert from Bradley and Weston (a USA based company), who were advertising significant discounts (40% I think) on their men’s leather Clayton Boots. However, despite ordering 12.5 sized boots (which was acknowledged by Bradley and Weston), they delivered a Size 11… Read more
pair. Naturally, these were way too small for me and thus effectively useless.
It was then that I discovered numerous other customer feedback posts complaining of exactly the same issue (receiving the wrong size ).
I then requested a full refund, but was advised in writing that this would not occur unless I paid for the return of the boots at my own expense.
I decided to donate the boots to charity and not waste another cent on them because this company can’t be trusted to get the most basic details sales correct. And I strongly suggest that you don’t trust them either. BTW, the quality of the boots I received was okay but certainly not worth anything like the sales price originally quoted.
