Had the unit installed back in 2016, it was serviced every two years and was working fine until 2024 when it started showing error 39 and 47 combustion pressure sensor had the motherboard cost over $750, only for the same problem to happen this year part cost over $450 will be replaced on Thursday. Avoid this heater or Baemer heaters altogether.

Purchased in for $3,818.

Update 15/9/25: Thank you Raymond for taking the time to email us with additional information. Summarised is our response below:

According to our records, Seeley Service has only attended once in September 2018 so we unfortunately do not have service records, and cannot assume responsibility for repairs done by third parties. We have requested further information regarding the 2024 repair, and offered avenues of assistance for the service contractor with our internal spare parts and service teams.

Kind regards, Seeley International

the heater down two times within two weeks – I Installed Braemar TQM618 on the 14 August 2019. because I believe it is a good one then I removed the old gas heater from the wall, but two days later on the Friday night gas heater down, and we were in the frozen house for the week end because the old gas heater had been removed, the technician fixed it on Tuesday 20-08019, but last night 29-8-19 the heater down again.

Hello Someone Not sure if you have installed this heater yourself or if it was an installed by a technician. If it was by a technician we can assist by looking into the problem and find out what has happened with this installation as there are potentially many causes. If you can email the serial number of the unit and the address at which the unit is installed to seeleysocial@seeleyinternational.com we will review and get back to you as soon as possible ~ Craig
