Fails to ignite specially in the morning, when is cold, when is most needed. Repeated resets lead to SYS OFF – BRAEMAR TQM6 - Absolutely frustrating. After many many services and attempts to fix, by four different experts gas plumbers, thousands spent, still no solution. The last local Braemar expert can't explain why the system displays error codes like 06, 07, 51, and today 21 with no logical lead. So he concluded now for the 2nd time in 5 years it is the circuit board. But why the inconsistency of error codes? So according to him, it must be the ICE, cost including install $ 720,00!!!

Purchased in for $3,200.

Hi Peter, sorry to hear about the issues you've been having. May I ask who was the Braemar expert that has been troubleshooting your system? Perhaps this needs to be escalated higher, however this depends on who you have been in contact with. If you'd like some further assistance, I recommend emailing me some more details so I can put you on to the correct department. Please send your full name, contact details, address, serial number and a brief run down on what's been happening to seeleysocial@seeleyinternational.com Thank you Rebecca

Hi Peter Not a problem at all. I can see one of our service team members have been in touch with you. As he mentioned the error codes 6 and 51 indicates it may need a new circuit board and 7 indicates it needs servicing. Even though the plumber you used appeared to be a Braemar expert, he is not one of our service providers. It's best to perhaps get in touch with the local service provider recommended as they are very familiar with our systems. Please send through an update on how you go. All the best. Rebecca

8 Service calls in less than 4 years – I am really over Braemar gas heaters - they are absolute rubbish. I have had failure after failure virtually since the day it was installed (starting to lose count but must be up to 8 or 9 in 4 years). First, the service people tried to blame the install - claiming incorrect duct sizes. Suggested I get the installer back - as if they would say they installed incorrect duct sizes. Got an independent installer to come a verify and they said the install was fine. First 2 versions of circuit board were actually faulty (the Seeley design) and replaced. Recently failed again on Error 7 (failure to ignite) - as it has a number of times before. Again the service person claims a faulty install despite having it installed by an authorised and licensed installer and verified by an authorised and licensed installer - must be part of the script provided to the service people by Seeley to fob you off. Installed in late 2016 as part of a $17,000 heating and cooling replacement and has made my life a misery ever since. Be warned, DO NOT BUY Seeley products.

Purchased in at OneAir.

Unbeleivably fast, quiet and WARM :) – We chose this system due to its efficiency rating, price and name, and just wished we replaced our dinosaur of a heater years ago! Very Very Happy and can't wait for the first Bill to come in to see how cheap it is to run compared to our old 1 star heater.

So far so good....Very happy and comfortable – Installers were great, very professional and friendly. It has been a great addition to our house. Can not hear it and it keeps the zones as programmed. We relied on wood heating for years which was great, but coupled with this new system we get the best of both worlds.....whole house warm and great ambiance in the living area's. Win win for us. Don't know why we didn't do it sooner.
