Please avoid these units at all costs – You can only run these units flat out (fan speed 8-10) running below this speed will cause the unit to fail. As such the house gets really hot with blaring fan noise and then gets freezing when it turns off. I have had two units fail with Seeley International refusing to warrant the second unit as they claimed my gas pressure was too low. Please do not purchase this product as your money will be wasted.

Purchased in at Rite Price Heating and Cooling for $6,800.
