"Service Delivery Area". I notified them immediately. I can't come to the computer unless I am helped here and all I wanted to do was get a Pre-paid return Address label and a refund for the rubbish. I am still here, 3 months later, trying. They keep asking for photographs, over and over but shock horror I have no mobile service so only have an ancient mobile with no data that is here for resetting clocks after blackouts. Then they are asking me to sit here for five hours and describe which pieces 'I say' go back (I am keeping 5) treating me like a liar and a thief and on their Invoice the items are all named the same. Then they start again drawing the process out until they told me it timed out fpr returns. I am not at their beck and call. I paid $152.50 for their rubbish and I want a refund and return Address -Postage Paid PDF so I can return it. They don't remember what they've asked and I have to do it all again. I have copied and pasted into my docs everything they and I have written so I can go to the ACCC. Their customer service is appalling and their goods are rubbish. If, like myself, you are forced to buy online, I strongly urge to stay away from Deals Direct/OzSale/OO/Top Buy as they have all sold out to OZsale and the goods are rubbish and anyone less tenacious than I would have given in long ago. One small problem and they will not lie down. They do not have a phone number. Customer service is the worst Ihave have ever endured.

Fraudulent Online Business – I ordered a PS5 after getting a sponsored post from the businesses facebook page in my feed. Fraudulent Online Business – Ordered PS5 - Did not arrive and when Australia Post tracked the parcel - discovered it was a fraudulent. When I tried to contact the company for confirmation - the website was closed.
