CAB SAV – I tasted tasted shallow and slightly acidic to me. It is not what I expected compared to most other excellent Coonawarra Cab Sab. They have won 11 out of 22 Jimmy Watson trophies when I was in a wine tasting. So that is a good reference point. This one, sorry people did not give a good mouthfeel.
