Good For The Price – Brought this set from King of Knives around 5 years ago. Have found them to hold a good edge if treated well and would recommend them for the price paid. Show details
Great knifes – Bought from King of Knifes, very Happy with the price its my first ever upmarket knife block and set, will see how long they last they say lifetime. I was sick of buying Chinese rubbish that breaks and fails and i could not justify the huge prices from the Big German players, Brasilia Tramontina make some Mundial knifes as well as for other… Read more
brands, so seem like a good company the knifes are Forged S/S not welded like the cheapest you get what you pay for in this world. Forged steel not Welded so look very robust and strong Not a lot of info around i had to go to King of Knifes to feel the Brasilia in person
Ex-Butcher Review – Being an old ex butcher, I simply must have good comfortable razor sharp knives. For the price, they are very good. For me, I did find the handle grips a little on the small side. fine quality steel. Keeps a keen edge too. Handles are a bit small in diameter for men to use really comfortably.
Loved Until Bent – Really enjoyed using this knife set. Chopped a young coconut open and this bent the knife. Never happened to any other knife before. Nice to use on vegies and fruit but metal is too weak. Wouldn't buy again far too weak. Supposed to be high carbon but not as strong as it should be. Sharp. Nice grip. Too weak.
I thouroughly enjoy cooking with these knives – I bought this item 2 years ago now and i don't regret it. These are used for everything my husband even steals them for making his sandwich. They stayed sharp for quite sometime and i have only really sharpened a few once or twice depending on how much i use them. I am upset one of the tips are bent now and would definitely replace it with the same brand knife Well worth the price i paid. Show reply

Never use a chefs knife to cut open a coconut. Only use a cleaver as it is stronger.
