I have asked several times now for them to stop calling me but yet they continue to ring. Based on this I rate the company 1 star.
The knives never received. They leave the package in a lobby or in front of the mailbox of building lobby where it is easy picked up. They take no responsibility for package not delivered and speed X is the worst delivery company because they do not care if the package is stolen. Show details

This is definitely the best knife for the kitchen I have ever owned. The blade has stayed amazingly sharp with regular use. The handle is smooth to the point of almost soft to the touch. Since I purchased the knife I don’t use anything else.. It’s been over a year since I got it and it’s still sharp as the first day.. You know every now and then I sharpen it. My kitchen doesn’t know any other, excellent for chopping Italian parsley or green onions, peppers etc.. thanks Matsato Knife.. I got two of them one for my son and one for my self on line.. Follow-up · It's been almost 4 months since I got my Matsako knife. While I only use it occasionally for breakfast & lunch, I use it daily preparing dinners for us. And since I received the Matsako knife sharpening stone, keeping it nice and sharpe is easy as can be! I'm very happy with my Matsako knife!

Best large knife I have used in my life. It fits perfectly in my hand, it is weighted so it easily balances in my hand and is easy to control. It is very sharp, I had to get used to that. Follow-up · After nearly a year this knife is absolutely our favorite, it is used at every meal preparation, big and small. Best knife we have ever had, enjoy using it every time. It remains as sharp as on day 1, I actually bought a magnetic knife holder and this knife has its place of honor.

friend uses carbon steel knives for their ability to hold an edge longer. This holds an edge longer than my carbon steel knives. Knowing the properties of stainless steel I know this should be impossible but has been proven over time. The shape of the blade makes it difficult to use my diamond grit rolling honing tool but I have managed to adapt it. In short I must reluctantly admit all the claims about this knife are true and honest.

Says delivery 5 days - took 16 days. The knives are terrible quality - doesn't cut anything - very blunt and dull. The handle is not solid (which gives the perception it is in the ad) so it doesn't sit well in your hand which doesn't help with the cut. I would steer clear - false advertising and a scam. I dont do this often my tying skills ar realy bad. However I just gotta tell you folks for 50 years I made my living as a meat cutter. This knife rivals anything I have ever used.I own 3 of them. Blades on these things are incredible !! Had them for 8-9 months now. Used every day and still as sharp as the day we got them. I’d recommend these to anyone. The handles could be a little better, but they are decent, and hold the blade like they should. I’m going to buy more for gifts 100%. I promise you won’t regret buying these, (unless you cut rocks or something) lol. Do yourself a solid, buy these !! Show reply
