Overall disappointing – Purchased the kleva diamond earth cookware set and kleva cut master series knives in 2021 non stick lasted until around 2022ish, the coating is now starting to lift and peel away in areas, the 10 year guarantee is completely useless and doesn't cover non stick or coating, this company clearly has no faith in the marksmanship of their own product,… Read more

the knife's are no better after being told over the phone "these knives will never go dull" and "this will be the last set of knives you will ever need to own" overall it's been quite disappointing considering the amount of money they cost to purchase, next time I'll be purchasing a better quality made product.

Terrible – Knives not sharp,sharpener will not make then any sharper, very poor quality,ok for a beginner so they don't cut themselves i suppose. will not buy anything else from here after this experience.

The hot water dispenser is the best purchase I’ve ever made and pensioned off my kettle(haha). I have since purchased a second one with the detachable back this time which you can see more clearly the water level and I am keeping it as a spare. Its a shame kelva has discontinued the master series knifes, i myself have had these knifes fir years and have found them to be very good ,and do not need to be sharpened much ,they are very balanced and feel good in the hand ,not heavy , all i can say is bring them.back Show reply

A perfect gift – This is the 3rd set I have purchased, and it makes for a great gift.
