Ordered the Breathing Bunny, complete waste of money. Long wait for delivery, very poor quality product and packaged terribly. I put batteries in and it doesn't even work at all. I got this item on sale, how they could ever think to charge $120 at full-price for such a cheap product is disgusting.
I tried to cancel my order 12hours after placing. They advised already posted. It’s been 7 weeks now, more than 20 emails & over the last week no replies. Definitely a scam
I've just ordered gummies from Breathe O'clock , after reading the reviews, I'm feeling a nervous. I also had a bad experience with Australian owned company Sensory Toys Australia which was late, poor quality & shipped from China. I'm hoping for a positive experience ✨️

I purchased 2 Breathing Koalas and immediately returned one as it was poor quality (had hardly any stuffing in it). The company eventually issued a refund after I had to follow it up multiple times. up before I got a response. The company sent me a fake screenshot claiming that they had already issued a full refund for both of the koalas, where in fact they had only refunded one. They rudely told me to follow it up with my bank. I've tried several times to contact the company since then and they won't respond. This has been going on since October of last year. These products are designed for people with anxiety and I find it quite appalling that I've been treated in this way, as have many other customers by the sounds of it.

Breathe O'Clock not Australian – They say they are Aussie owned and received parcel from China in poor quality. No refund process and have endless emails requesting refund and had to post it back at my own costs as courier did not want to take "refuse to accept" option. per tracking (with courier for delivery then delivered) however the necklaces were on some BOI shuttle NOT my courier and delivered to some CO Farms ATL. I have no idea where that is and when I told them I haven't received it they state that tracking said delivered there fore it must be here and it's not. It's stealing my money at the end of the day!
I've outlined everything and even told them to look at both trackings to understand but again, no reply from them. No nothing,or idea if they've even tried finding where it was delivered too and had the package redirected to MY address! I won't recommend these guys to anyone.

I would not recommend the Breathing Koala or the company Breath O'Clock – I purchased the Breathing Koala in September 2024 and gave it to my granddaughter for her birthday in mid November. Within 6 weeks it developed a clicking sound. Rather than "relax, de-stress and peacefully drift into sleep" as it claims in the advertising, the noise causes her anxiety. DODGY SLEEP KOALA – I just purchased one of their sleep Koalas. I have a problem sleeping and this seemed like it might work for me (silly me!) lI had to chase up delivery a couple of times but it eventually arrived, poorly packed in a soft plastic bag. make it breathe. Apparently here are four different settings including music etc. I inserted brand new batteries and pressing the paw didn’t work so re inserted them again and pressed the paw. It worked but intermittently and pressing paw again for different selections wouldn’t work at all and there is no stop button. Going through the four sequences doesn’t change sounds or turn it off either. You have to open the Velcro back, get a screwdriver to undo the screw on battery housing to access and pull out the batteries to stop it. I emailed them when I couldn’t get it to work and they sent me instructions on how to go through the sequences for the different options as above but ignored my question about shutting it off. They also said to send videos of the problem and also photos of packing etc which I did four days ago, but no answer. I sent the same email again yesterday but still no reply. I am a pensioner so really can’t afford to lose money. I guess I could call Fair Trading but they have been less than helpful with faulty items in the past. Anyway beware of this site. As a postscript, on the 3rd January, they finally refunded me (bad reviews?) but it was LESS the postage! Still beware of this site, as I think they know their goods are faulty.

Not all that they seem to be – Be very careful ... these guys are not exactly upfront or indeed helpful at all. Ordered 2 of these 30th Oct as xmas gifts. They never arrived, but we kept getting "give us your feed back" emails. telling breathe ooclock repeatedly (by email as they too don't seem to have a contact number) we were simply referred to the non existing tracking number and courier over and over. As a last resort we went to our bank and lodged a payment dispute to which magically we received a payment refund email from breathe oclock. Repayment is pending at our bank.
