No product received – Be warned. Do not buy anything from this site, it’s obviously a scam as you pay for the item and receive nothing. I ordered Julius K9 products over a year ago and have not received anything for the $100 I spent. I’ve sent numerous emails and have not received a reply. I’ve lost my $100 and I’m upset.

Missing order – I placed an order almost three weeks ago now used afterpay But have not received any product My emails have not been returned or product received Highly do not recommend

Learn Lessons, read the reviews before buying – What can I say, just another 'one star'. After no product and no e-mail communication (I couldn't find a phone number), I contacted 'PayPal' and my money has been returned; thanks 'PayPal'. No more to be said, only I'm glad I used 'PayPal'.

Fast and professional – Wasn’t going to order from them after seeing these reviews but decided to take a chance when they had both the F10 and a new sprayer. Ordered both F10 and a new bottle, used afterpay. Fast and professional, I was impressed and will order from them again, no doubt.

I will never use them again – Placed an order 31st October for pick up, paid by PayPal. No contact, numerous emails as there is no phone number listed. escalated to an actual case. Got an email on the 20th Nov to say I will be getting a refund but can take 30 days.

Did not send item never recievrd – This is terrible!!! Orders a heat lamp for a new litter and it never arrived. Communication bad never provided tracking number and now being ignored.

sent 1.5 weeks ago and that she checked tracking at it was at chulora packing centre... I asked her for a tracking number which she said that she would send me by the end of the day, never got it. Emailed her the next day, same response. Then I got ignored And blocked on Facebook. I emailed her saying I was going to fair trading and afterpay. Contacted both and was advised by afterpay that they would contact her. Within a week half of my parcel came, damaged and dusty. Emailed her again to ask where the rest of my parcel was. No response! Emailed her again explaining that I had contacted fair trading and boom she finally refunded me what was missing!! Terrible communication, poorly run business!!! I will NEVER purchase from her again!!

Appalling!!!!! – Worst communication. Does not reply to emails and has no phone number to contact on. Only had two of the three items in stock. They told me they would send the third item the following week when it comes in stock. if they knew how much longer it would be. I left it for three days and had not received an email back, so decided to contact Afterpay. Afterpay sent them an email and 24 hours after contacting afterpay the third item was refunded but they did not refund the postage I had payed for the item. Very poorly run business, and a bit of a scam as it seams to happen to a lot of people.

Item not received. Poor Communication – Ordered custom patches for Julius K-9 Harness. After long delay hearing nothing was given excuses. Required several messages before was given any replies. Now won't respond to communication at all and ignored requests for a refund.

Outrageous – Dont buy from these people. They have obviously stopped supplying the Julius k9 products as I ordered my harness plus Custom Labels in March. Luckily I got the harness but the labels were mispelled. I was told since March to now that the labels are coming. but still no labels. who is either fighting hard for her customers or is just bullcrapping us and delaying us on purpose. Have contact the company direct - k9 Harness.com in America to see if they will take responsibility for their choice of supplier in Australia of the k9 harness. I doubt my chances that they will do anything so I have lost $60.00. It sucks that this can happen to customers.

I got the labels in a couple of weeks and are made in Hungary so very top quality. Make sure you order 2 pieces and the LARGE label was needed for our GSD's IDC Stealth harness.

Terrible – I’ve contacted them numerous times regarding my order through their Facebook and they had told me that I should receive the items in a few weeks time after that and still no products. Ive tried contacting them through their email and Facebook and still no response as to when I will get it. Still nothing! NOW, i am unable to contact through Facebook as my messages eint go through.

No communication, no harness, took our money, no refund!!! – We are still waiting on a Julius K9 harness ordered on the 5/5/18. We have sent numerous emails, messages, FB wall posts and NOTHING!! We are absolutely outraged. This is not good enough and should not be allowed to keep selling!

Ripped off – Waited 5 weeks, upon enquiry no communication. Then they cancel my order and give no refund. They are dodgy scammers.
