I found the this Grinder easy to use. I bought it approx 18 months ago. It had worked well until a week ago, when it stopped working - I was very disappointed? In use it was never overloaded nor used for long periods. There is no Reset possible on this grinder? I will need to buy another but there seems rather a dearth of reasonably priced… Read more

grinders available but buying another of this type, I don't think so. $100 for 18 months not an especially good return on investment???

Not recommended – Motor burnt out after roughly 20 uses. Wouldn’t recommend this product especially for the price. Show details

Not a Great Grinder – Bought from the Good Guys to grind coffee for a new Breville espresso machine. The finest grind is insufficient to achieve any pressure during pouring. I tried differing pressures of tamping, different coffees to no avail. Tested the pressure and it is fine. It pulses once and then grinds until shutdown. I suspect that the blade method is not… Read more

efficient enough. The locking plastic cup was tight to start with but loosened up. It is clean to use and not overly intrusive noise or footprint wise. I suppose it would be ok as a spice grinder. We shall return it as I have bought a burr grinder for a few dollars more.

Too hard to use – The twist top is so difficult to lock into place - I nearly broke my wrist trying to do this - and it won’t work at all unless it’s locked into place. This grinder is impossible to use unless you have someone with extremely strong hands around to assist. It’s a complete design fail. Besides this, when I opened the package the stainless steel container was dented in on both sides, even though the product was supposedly new. Show details

On switch defect after a year of use – Bought this unit around mid 2020 and a year later it is now defective and out of warranty. As soon as I plug it on the power outlet the grinder starts at a slower speed and doesnt stop. The timer is not working and if I press the start the button, the speed increases for an indefinite amount of time. This pretty much leaves the "Cups" feature irrelevant. I have to guess how long to grind it by looking into the powder.  Show details

Leaks, Not Easy to Control – Bought this coffee grinder to replace an ageing Krups grinder, not anywhere near comparable, the Breville blows dust from the top when using and gets dust all over, the control setting is not logical and at times has a mind of it's own grinding intermittently either too much or not enough, waste of money. Show details

returned for refund after 4 uses, on switch stays on and won't turn off.
