I couldn't be happier. Great little unit and a breeze (pardon the pun) to control via the app

Wonderful Product – This product is great value and very compact yet does the work of a larger fan. Unfortunately for us our fan became faulty and we had an issue with it ramping speed automatically while in “normal” mode causing the fan to be very noisy. The fan came with a 3 year warranty so I contacted Breville support and they were very helpful and a pleasure to speak to. They listened to my concerns about the product and it turned out that my product was faulty. Breville provided full replacement of the air circulator completely hassle free.

Unexpected excellence – I was concerned about replacing a 20 inch fan (which carked it after 40 years!) with the only offer that had a remote control but was only 9 inches. No worries, stronger air flow, takes up a lot less space, oscillates horizontally and vertically and quiet (a little less so on top speed). I thought the Natural and Smart Eco modes would be gimmicks but they are surprisingly good and useful. The remote works well but does have to be carefully aligned. I haven't tried the smartphone app but, on evidence so far, I am sure it will be as good as the rest of the passage. Considering the quality I rate this fan good value. This is the most unexpectedly good thing I have bought in years.
